The episode starts with Neeti saying to Sanju that it’s good he heard the truth. Sanju smiles at her. Bebe tries to alert her that he hadn’t heard their conversation. Sanju asks her what is the matter? Neeti says that it’s about Parineet and Sanju. She asks him to ask about it when Parineet gains consciousness. Sanju asks Bebe what happened to Parineet? Where are their family members? She says that everyone is near Parineet. Meanwhile, Neeti breaks into tears while recalling Parineet’s words. Bebe consoles her. Neeti says to her that she promised Parineet that she would choose a life partner for her. But she never thought that she would marry her husband. Bebe says to her that Parineet is not able to snatch her husband from her. She has to use her brain here. It’s Neeti’s mistake too. Sanju loves Parineet more than her. Neeti gives importance to Parineet too. She denies it and says that Sanju is important to her. Neeti says that she doesn’t like her because everyone is mentioning her name. Bebe says to Neeti that Sanju will definitely ask Parineet about what happened? Parineet may tell something against them. We have to make them confused and take them on our side. Neeti says that she shouldn’t do anything in this matter. Bebe thinks that it’s tough to make her understand it.
Neeti gets emotional seeing Parineet in an unconscious state. She thinks that she loved her more than a friend. We promised each other. When their friendship is over, then the promise is also broken. We are in a different relationship now. She is her enemy now. Sanju asks Neeti what she is hiding from him. Neeti says that he is aware of it. He demands her to answer him. She leaves from there. Bebe thinks that Neeti shouldn’t blabber the truth to him out of anger. Sanju thinks that something is wrong. He feels like some storm is awaiting in his life. He thinks that she is his wife. She needs her life. Gurinder comes there and asks him if he is alright? He nodded to him. She tells him that she is scared of his state. He tells her that he wants to meet Neeti once. Sanju searches for Neeti and finds her sitting in the waiting area. He asks her what is bothering her? She thinks that she can’t share her thoughts with him because he is loving someone else. Neeti says that Parineet will tell him once she has gained consciousness.
Sanju asks her why she can’t inform him about it. She tells him that he can’t hear anyone’s voice, so Parineet. She narrates to him that he only responded to Parineet’s voice in an unconscious state, but not to her. She asks him to go and try to wake her up. What if she woke up hearing his voice too? She asks him to come near her. Sanju tells her that he loves her. He only loved her. He didn’t know why he reacted to Parineet’s voice but not to her. But he only has feelings for Neeti. He faints on her. Neeti shouts for help. Meanwhile, the doctor asks Sanju not to trouble them. He asks Neeti not to leave. She is angry with him for not responding to her voice when he is unconscious. Neeti says that there are many differences in his feelings. Meanwhile, Parminder thanked the nurse for saving Parineet’s life. The nurse says that Neeti helped them at the right time. Parminder thinks that they saved them from the storm. Bebe creates a scene.
Parminder asks Bebe to talk straight about what she is trying to say. Bebe again confused her with a proverb. She says that she is closing her eyes to ignore the problems. Bebe asks her to explain it to her. Meanwhile, the doctor says to Sanju that he is alright. We can discharge him. Neeti tells him that let’s talk about it at home.
