The episode starts with Naina stopping Titlie and asks the latter must be upset with her. She then tells whatever she did is for her and Garv’s better future also says Titlie will thank her in the future. Titlie says to Naina if the latter told her about it and let her took this decision then she would felt better. Naina defends her actions. Titlie requests Naina to not behave with Dhara and Dhristi the way she behaves with her then leaves the place. Naina gets furious.
Naina stops Garv from going to his room. She scolds him for going against her advise once again. Garv defends his actions saying he had no other option left to stop Titlie from going to work. Naina lashes out at Garv for putting Dhristi’s life in danger. Garv tells her that he already feels guilty about it. Naina warns Garv and says this is the last time she is going to take a blame on her for his actions. She then advises Garv to have an open conversation with Titlie so that he can live a peaceful life with Titlie. A phone which is kept there in which their conversation gets recorded. Koyal arrives there and questions Garv and Naina for growing silent seeing her. They both gets nervous then leaves from there. Koyal takes the phone with her to give it to Babu Ji.
Titlie recalls suspecting Garv for the one behind the poisonous flowers. She feels guilty and tries to apologise to Garv but the latter ignores and leaves for office. Koyal scolds Titlie for troubling Garv also decides to cook for Garv on her own here after then leaves. Titlie gets upset and sad. She then sees the calendar and realises Garv’s birthday is next day so she decides to plan a surprise for Garv.
Meanwhile, Dhristi insults Titlie and her family by making a crude remarks about their financial state to her boyfriend Sandy while traveling in a car with him which is driven by Chintu. Chintu gets upset. After Dhristi leaves, Sandya calls other girl and flirts with her. Chintu hears it but remains silent.
Titlie goes to the store room where she finds the photo album of Mehta’s. She decides to make a photo collage of it. She sees a little guy and wonders his relationship with Garv and family then takes the photo too with her. Titlie drops one of the photo then leaves. Koyal notices the photo so she gets worried about Garv’s reaction and decides to put it in the album.
Titlie makes an arrangement for Garv’s birthday. She hopes that Garv love her surprise then sends him a message requesting him to return home earlier. Meanwhile, Manikant spots Koyal with the little guys phone. He warns her to hide it from Garv at any cost. Koyal obliges.
Later, Garv returns home and gets surprised seeing the arrangements made by Titlie for his birthday. He gets happy when Titlie informs the cake is made by her. He then gets shocked and furious seeing the little boy’s photo. He loses his cool and breaks all things then locks himself inside the washroom. Titlie cries hard and comes to the lawn where she recalls Garv’s proposal also his outrageous behaviour towards her. Inside, Garv shut his ears hearing a little guy screaming for help.
Precap: Titlie inquires someone on the call about Chiku’s death. Koyal lashes out at Titlie and warns her to stay away from it. Manikant informs Naina to make sure Titlie doesn’t find the truth behind Chiku’s death. Garv questions Titlie for her efforts to learn about Chiku’s death then leaves. Titlie gets shocked.
