The episode starts with Mehtas and Titlie’s family members dancing together. Garv tells Titlie that their love will be long lasting like Radha Krishna and then pulls her for dance together. Titlie prays to god for showing her right way. Drishti receives her intimate picture with Sandy and call from him to meet on terrace. Titlie notices Drishti being worried and follows her. Sandy shows the picture to Titlie too and tells it’s about his ego and even Drishti’s respect as he can leak those photos. Sandy tells how can Drishti dump him being a girl. Titlie tries to snatch his phone but he pushes her hand away.
Titlie argues with Sandy and calls him fool for carrying false male ego. Garv notices Titlie missing and goes to look around for her. Sandy shouts at Titlie to let her speak to Drishti. Titlie picks up color and throws at him. She asks Drishti to call Chintu for help. In the chaos, Sandy pushes Titlie and she hangs from balcony. Garv reaches there and says Titlie to extend her hand and he holds her. Garv recalls similar incident in the past where he was holding Chiku’s hand.
Garv screams Chiku’s name. But also manages to pull Titlie up safely. Titlie questions Garv who Chiku is. He leaves from there without answering and locks himself in the room. Mehtas request Garv to open the door but he has a breakdown recalling his past memories with Chiku. Koyal scolds Titlie again and even Maina blames her. Garv keeps throwing things in his room as he recalls Chiku falling from balcony. Garv breaks the mirror angrily. Titlie enters the room inside through window. Garv tells Titlie to stay away from him for her own safety but the latter denies leaving him.
Titlie tries to approach and calm Garv down and finally hugs him. Agar Tum Saath Ho plays as Titlie hugs Garv and sits down with him. She tells him that they will handle everything together. Titlie encourages Garv to share what’s haunting him inside but he tells her to leave. Tiltie questions him and Garv recalls playing with Chiku as kids. He keeps calling Chiku’s name. Flashback shows while playing Garv mistakenly dropped ink on Manikant’s papers but Chiku took the blame and got slapped instead. Later Chiku slipped from mistakenly and begged Garv to pull him up. However Garv’s hand slipped off and Chiku fell from balcony and died.
Manikant blamed Garv for killing Chiku and those words keep haunting him. Garv has breakdown saying he couldn’t save Chiku. Titlie tells Garv it was not his mistake. Mehtas enter inside the room and Garv forcefully asks all of them to leave. Manikant tries to shut Titlie when he scolds Garv for crying. Garv makes everyone leave but let’s Titlie stay by her side. Drishti blames herself for everything and feels guilty. Maina also has breakdown recalling Chiku and falls unconscious. Manikant thinks he cannot let Titlie reveal more of the pasts. The episode ends with Garv resting in Titlie’s lap as she looks after him.
