The episode starts with Durva saying to Ishaan that they will display messages on screen, he should identify the person wishing him. The first message is displayed on the projector. Ishaan reads the message and identifies it’s Surekha as she always wishes him this way. Durva says it’s correct. Savi brings Isha to the party. They see Ishaan from afar. Ishaan reads Shantanu’s message. He says it’s Baba. Ishaan misses Shantanu. Everyone says to Ishaan that they are with him and asks him to not miss Ishaan. Shantanu comes there with a cake. He tells Ishaan that he won’t miss his birthday until he is alive. Ishaan happily hugs him and asks him to not go for long trips. Shantanu agrees. Isha feels happy. Everyone tells Shantanu that they missed him. Durva says it’s party time and asks everyone to sit.
Isha thanks Savi for making her see Ishaan’s birthday after so many years. Savi says they can go inside but Isha stops him and tells her that it’s good to see from afar. Durva announces the first performance is going to be Shika and Avni’s. Shika feels tense and refuses to dance. Ishaan requests her to dance. He asks Yashwant and Surekha to make Shika agree. Yashwant and Surekha ask Shika to perform. Shika agrees. Shika and Avni dance to the Radha teri chunri song. Everyone enjoys the dance performance.
Savi and Isha see the performance from afar. Shantanu watches to that side. Savi and Isha hide from him. Isha says it’s good if they leave but Savi stops her saying Shantanu doesn’t see him.
Durva announces Yashwant, Nishi’s performance with Surekha and Asmita. They rock the stage with their performance. Everyone enjoys their performance. Shantanu feels suspicious and sees to the side where Isha is watching them. Isha hides again. Durva says now it’s Ishaan’s turn. Ishaan refuses to dance. Everyone makes him agree. Ishaan rocks the stage with Durva. All the family joins them and they happily dance. Savi smiles seeing them. Isha asks why she is smiling. Savi says it’s the first fine she has seen Ishaan this happy. They also do some steps.
Shantanu sees Isha and Savi. He goes to Isha and asks her what happened to her hand. Savi is about to tell him what happened but Isha stops her. Shantanu asks Isha to come to bless Ishaan. Isha says Ishaan will not like my presence. Shantanu says he will like it and convinces her to attend the party. Ishaan cuts the cake and feeds it to everyone. Shantanu tells Ishaan that he has another birthday message and asks him to read it on screen. Shantanu gives the letter to the operator. Ishaan reads Isha’s heartfelt birthday note for him. Everyone understands it’s from Isha. Isha comes with a cake in front of Ishaan.
