The episode starts with Bhagwati advising Shiv not to upset Shakti like last time. Shiv agrees. Nandu asks Shiv where is he going as he is looking smart? Shiv says he is going to Shakti as today is Rimjim’s Haldi ceremony. Shiv later leaves from there.
Koyal says Shiv is going to Shakti a lot nowadays. Bhagwati says Shakti is like that kind of person. Mandira says to Raghunath that it will not be good if Shiv goes to meet Shakti a lot as people only stopped talking now. Raghunath agrees and says to Bhagwati that people will gossip if Shiv and Shakti meet again and again. Bhagwati asks Raghunath to stop thinking about people and listen to his heart. Bhagwati says to Raghunath when was the last time he saw Shiv this happy about something. Raghunath stays silent. Bhagwati says this change in Shiv is because of Shakti. Bhagwati also reminds Raghunath that his relationship is also improving with his son because of Shakti. Bhagwati says to Raghunath that Shiv and Shakti are meeting together not because of her but because of Bholenath. Keertan gets fed up with Bhagwati praising Shakti and lashes out at the dining table. Keertan lashes out and asks his family to stop speaking about Shakti and Shiv all the time. Kamalnath tries to stop Keertan but Keertan doesn’t stop and leaves from there in anger. Mandira apologises to her family and goes after Keertan.
Mandira says to Keertan that it took years to build up her image and asks Keertan not to do anything that will destroy that image and position. Keertan lashes out at Mandira saying her position is already in danger. Keertan reminds Mandira how she tried to harm Shiv but Shakti stopped her time and time again. Mandira slaps Keertan and asks Keertan to remember who is he talking to? Mandira warns Keertan not to wake up the animal in her and watch what she is doing to do with Shakti.
Mandira calls Ranjan and tells Ranjan to make sure Shakti is hurt in such a way that she will not be able to show her face to anyone. Mandira says with this they need to hit two targets. One is on Shakti’s courage and the other is on Shiv’s mind. Ranjan agrees.
Ranjan and Ranjan’s brother in law come to Sharma Sadan. Ranjan’s brother-in-law sees Shakti and recalls the humiliation that he faced on the Rakhi festival. Ranjan’s brother-in-law says to Ranjan that they have to teach a lesson to Shakti today. Ranjan agrees.
Manorama invites Ranjan’s family into the house. Ranjana gives Mehandi to Manorama and says to Manorama that Rimjim’s first Haldi needs to be this. Manorama agrees.
Ranjana gives her list of close relatives to Manorama and says to Manorama that she needs to give gifts to their close relatives when they are going to invite them like saree, Jewelry, etc. Manorama agrees and leaves from there.
Shakti comments on Ranjan’s family to Manorama and says there is another name for what they are doing and it’s called dowry. Shakti says to Manorama that it’s a crime and says Ranjan’s family knows about their family situation but they are still looting us. Manorama stops Shakti and says to Shakti that because of her photo with Dr. Shiv, they need to pay more money to anyone. Manorama leaves from there.
Ranjan sees Shakti going into the kitchen. Ranjan goes to the kitchen and thinks the first ritual of their marriage is going to happen today no matter what.
Shakti thinks she needs to talk to Manorama and tries to leave but Ranjan stops Shakti.
