In today’s episode, Leela asks Anupama what Malti is doing at her house. Anupama asks Leela to check Malti’s condition. Leela says Malti has done her a favor, so she is thinking about what has happened to her. Anupama asks Malti if she remembers her address and why she isn’t recognizing her. Malti looks at Anupama. Hasmuk asks Anupama to explain. Anupama tells about meeting Malti at the temple. She tells Nakul that he destroyed Malti. Leela says Malti tried to destroy Anupama, but now she is suffering. Anupama asks Leela to stop. Anuj says Malti dropping Pakhi safely is a big thing. The inspector comes and looks for Romil. Romil pleads for forgiveness. Pakhi withdraws the case against Romil.
Vanraj asks Pakhi if she is out of her mind. Paritosh asks Pakhi to send Romil to the juvenile court. Pakhi takes a stand for Romil. She demands a second chance, as Romil was just playing a prank. Romil thanks Pakhi. Anupama asks Romil to earn his forgiveness. Romil agrees with Anupama. Pakhi decides to celebrate Rakhi with the Shahs. Anupama asks Pakhi to go on. Paritosh and Samar hug Pakhi.
Anupama thanks God for giving her a big gift. Pakhi celebrates Rakhi with Hasmuk and Vanraj. Samar and Paritosh. Romil promised Pakhi that he would try to be a good brother to her. Pakhi shows her belief in Romil. Anupama says to Anuj that Pakhi is grown up now. Anuj calls Pakhi Anupama’s shadow. He wonders if Pakhi is backstabbed by Romil or Adhik. Anupama says Romil might get on a good track. She doubts Adhik.
Vanraj shares with Anupama that he doesn’t feel like Pakhi is giving a second chance to Adhik or Romil. He worries for Pakhi. Anupama asks Vanraj to stop worrying. Anuj, too, asks Vanraj to calm down. Anupama calls Anuj her best husband. Vanraj agrees with Anupama.
Barkha asks Adhik not to trouble Pakhi anymore. Adhik assures Barkha. Anuj and Anupama take Malti Devi to the neurologist. The doctor tells Malti she is suffering from amnesia. Anuj decides to admit Malti to the hospital. Anupama requests that Anuj let her take care of Malti Devi. Anuj allows Anupama for Malti’s sake. Malti Devi addresses Anuj as her son. [Episode Ends]
