The episode starts with Jahan thinking that he can divert the terrorist attention with the fire. Ilahi will help the hostages to get out of that tent. Jahan sets fire to the terrorist’s hideout tent. Everyone was shocked to hear the blast sound. Ilahi says to Jordan that Jahan started their plan. Let’s send everyone out of this tent using the window. The terrorist asks the police if they are planning something against them. The police assure them that they didn’t plan anything against them. Jahan opens the window. Ilahi helps the children and a few women to get out of that window. The terrorist asks Jordan what he is doing here? He lied to him that he was checking the blast sound. He asks them about Ilahi? He slaps him in anger. Ilahi asks him to leave him. She went to use the washroom. The terrorist slaps Jordan. Ilahi requests him not to slap him. The terrorist notices that a few hostages are missing there. One of the terrorists found Ilahi’s dollar chain. Jahan’s photo was in it. He says that he was the same person who came here in the name of the doctor. It seems he is not a doctor. He asks her why he is? He was her lover but her husband was there. Ilahi says that he is her friend. He cares for her a lot. He is ready to sacrifice his life for her too.
Jahan sneaks inside along with the police. The police started firing at them. They captured the terrorist. Ilahi and Jahan help the hostages to escape from there. Ilahi asks Jordan if he is alright? Jahan asks her what happened to him? She says that the terrorist slapped him a lot. The police took the terrorist from there. Jordan recalls the way he slapped him. He stops him and fights with him. The leader snatches the gun from the police and aims it at Jordan. Later, he points the gun at Ilahi. He shoots at her but Jahan comes between them. He shot Jahan. Jahan collapsed on the floor. Jordan was too shocked to react. Ilahi rushes to Jahan. She makes him lay on his lap and cry. She tells him that she won’t allow anything to happen to him. She asked someone to call an ambulance. Ilahi hugs Jahan and cries. Jahan opens his eyes when hearing her voice. Jordan is stunned to see their bond. Jahan faints again. Ilah takes Jahan to the hospital. She isn’t leaving his hand. She keeps talking with him. She notices the bracelet on his hand.
Later, Dolly is shocked to hear the news. Baljeet worried about Jahan. Indrajit consoles him. The doctor says to Ilahi that Jahan’s state is critical. He needs immediate surgery. He asks her to sign the form. They are not able to start the surgery without her signing. He thought she was his wife. Ilahi hesitates to sign it. Seerat snatches it from her. She says that he was in this state because of her. Seerat says that she is not his wife. Amardeep witnessed it. Seerat signs in the form. Ilahi hugs Amardeep and cries. He consoles her. Seerat says to Indrajit that the operation begins. Dolly says that she will die if something happens to Jahan. Ilahi notices Jordan in the hospital. She recalls the way Jordan messed up with the terrorist. Ilahi asks him why he is here? If he tried to snatch Jahan from her! No one is able to snatch Jahan from her, even the god. Everyone was shocked to hear it.
