The episode starts with Yuvika looking at the lady and introducing herself to the lady. The lady turns around and Yuvika asks if she wanted to meet her. Isha catches Arjun drunk and Arjun accepts it. He says that he drank due to stress. Isha asks him to freshen up before his mother notices him. However she gets shocked seeing Bhoomi at door. The lady tells Yuvika that her eyes resemble Prem. Yuvika asks who she is. Yuvika says that she’s there to find the truth about her father. The lady tells that they were not supposed to come from Rishikesh which ended up in Prem losing his life. Yuvika wants to leave as she doesn’t seem to have answers for her questions. The lady reveals that she’s Devayani Verma, Prem’s real mother shocking Yuvika. Yuvika asks what’s she saying but Devyani tells that Shobhana raised Prem but she gave birth to him.
On the other hand, Neil shows the news of Vidhur accepting his mistake and confronts him about the same. Vidhur refuses to answer while Neil tells that he would now do things his own way and leaves. Yuvika asks how could she trust her but Devyani says that she has no proof to probe herself. Yuvika is about to leave and Devyani runs after her and skids. Yuvika rushes to her. Bhoomi confronts Arjun for drinking and failing Prem’s upbringing. Arjun states that he did it out of his pain but Bhoomi warns him not to repeat it. Devyani shows a picture of Yuvika’s grandfather with her and a baby. She states that the baby is Prem whom she gave birth to despite her family being against it. She says later Prem was snatched from her and was brought up by Shobhana. Yuvika still refuses to believe her when Devyani shows the locker she made Prem to wear and says it would be with him in all his photos. Yuvika leaves confused.
Neil comes to Mahajan mansion and shouts for Dhanraj. DJ is furious at him as he misbehaved with his father but Neil paid no heed. Gargi tried to guilt trip on Neil but Neil showed her the mirror. He reveals how much he suffered when Vidhur took the blame for Dhanraj and both DJ and Neil gets into a fist fight. While leaving Neil blames Yuvika for all the mishap. Prem’s childhood photo falls from Yuvika’s bag in the meantime.
