The episode starts with Titlie praying to God to do some miracle so that Garv can become guilt free of the feeling he has been carrying for years. Chiku is in market and asks people for food as he feels hungry but they ask him to work and earn instead of asking free food. He sees some ladies taking modak and follows them reaching Mehta house where Garv and his family members are doing Puja. Chiku goes there and asks for modak which alerts everyone. Manikant wonders how Chiku is there .
Chiku suddenly falls unconscious seeing all the family members. Koyal asks who he is and Titlie says he is same person who saved her and Garv. Garv says he has grown up but his mindset is still of a child. Manikant says its not safe to keep such patient at home and Alpa says the same. He calls at hospital and ask them to take their patient who has mistakenly come to their home. Titlie says they can take care of him till staff from hospital arrives but Maina gets angry on her. However Garv supports Titlie’s words and says they should wait for him to gain consciousness so that they can know more about his family.
At night, Garv teases Titlie saying she is forgetting something. He tells that he has been listening to all her words and deserve a reward. Titlie teases back saying if the child wants a gift. Garv says he needs some motivation and Titlie says him to close his eyes. Titlie hands Garv a comb and says its his reward. Garv teases Titlie back too and they share an eyelock but suddenly they hear a commotion outside. They go and see Chiku creating chaos.
Chiku throws pillow at Maina which infuriates her but Titlie tries to calm her down. Megha is still at home so Titlie questions her why she is still there. Megha lies that she stayed back seeing the chaos. Chiku runs around in the house so Garv and Titlie go to look for him. Titlie enters the kitchen and sees modak are half eaten and tells he must have eaten it. But they are unable to find him. Titlie thinks if she made a mistake by taking his responsibility but Garv supports her. Titlie tells his mind is like child so they need to use toys to lure him.
Garv feels unwell and goes back to his memories with Chiku seeing the old toys in the room. Titlie asks him not to make himself suffer but he insists to do so. Garv sees the toys and talks about his playing memories with Chiku as kids and feels emotional. Titlie looks on smilingly at him. Megha sees Titlie and Garv together and get annoyed. She thinks to do something mischievous again to separate them. Megha acts like she is hurt by Chiku by pushing her but Titlie catches her lies. The episode ends with Titlie thinking she will soon drive Megha away from her home.
