The episode starts with Naaz about to read the letter given by Shlok by gets interrupted by Zainab to first finish the ritual. She invites Bilawal to join in. Bilawal tells Sumeet that he is tolerating her presence because of Naaz’s happiness. He goes to Naaz and she assures him that she is looking for an opportunity to catch Sumeet and her husband red handed. Bilawal does the ritual for Naaz and Sumeet recalls her memories with Raj. She says no matter which country it is , the love and bond is same everywhere. Also even though Bilawal may not be a good person but his eyes are still having same love for Naaz as Raj has for Sumeet.
Masoom announces that Raj and Priyanka cannot get married. Raj stops her from showing the leaked video to the family members. Masoom tells for how long he will keep it hidden and shows the video to all of them. Pankhuri smirks and Ashok feels heartbroken about the situation. Masoom tells being elder in Alhawat family she will not let the marriage happen as they have status in the society to maintain.
Sumeet sees Naaz is about to read the letter so she distracts her by dancing together. Shlok wonders when Naaz would read the letter. As they dance, Sumeet and Shlok’s imaginative dance sequence romantically is shown. Naaz imagines herself dancing with Shlok too. Shlok thinks Sumeet will try her best to stop Naaz from reading the letter. Sumeet tries to get the letter but it falls on the floor instead and gets lost. Bilawal sees Sumeet is not visible around and goes to check but she is there picking up anklet from floor. Akki gives letter to Sumeet but Naaz takes it from her.
Sumeet thinks now Naaz will find the truth so they need to escape immediately. While Naaz reads the letter, she tries to reach Shlok and drags him to the room. She tells Shlok that once Naaz reads the letter they will land in big trouble. Sumeet tells they should run from there as they cannot trust anyone including Naaz. Sumeet says she will go and bring Akki. There is power cut off and real Adil somehow manages to free himself by burning the rope tied to his hands. Akki comes to Shlok and Sumeet but before they can leave, Naaz comes there looking for Shlok too.
Bilawal follows Naaz and comes to the room too. He asks Naaz and Adil why they are in the room. The latter is holding letter in her hand and Shlok says he did not want to hurt her emotions. Naaz says he did not hurt her but won her heart instead. She shows the letter which has a drawing instead of Naaz instead of one Shlok wrote. She laughs at his silly drawing skills. Shlok feels relieved but Naaz keeps on praising the gift. Priyanka locks herself inside in the room and tries to commit suicide. Shlok asks Sumeet why she changed the letter. Akki says he was one changed the letter. The episode ends with Shlok and Sumeet consoling Akki who says he wants to go back home.
