The episode starts with Aradhana meets Jai at the hospital. Jai shares his wish to get into an accident so that Aradhana could often visit him. Aradhana jokes about Jai acting like a hero. She then feels guilty for what happened to Jai so apologises to him. She also blames herself for Jai and Reyansh’s fight. Jai advises Aradhana not to blame herself. Aradhana takes good care of Jai. Jai jokes about staying in hospital. Aradhana compares both Jai and Reyansh’s different behaviour. She then shares her frustration with Jai about Reyansh’s act. Jai says to Aradhana both Reyansh and Aradhana are right in their place which the latter has to understand. Aradhana thinks in her mind that she wish this Reyansh chose love over his principles. Jai persuades Aradhana to forgive Reyansh but Aradhana hesitates but Jai convinces her. Aradhana asks Jai to inform Reyansh that she forgave her. Jai gets happy. Aradhana feeds soup to Jai.
There, Akash and Kiki sees Jai and Aradhana’s interaction with each other. Kiki vents out her frustration about Aradhana to Akash. Akash gets confused. Kiki manipulates him against Aradhana saying that Aradhana used to stay close with Vikram (Reyansh) until Jai arrived. So people like Aradhana could do anything to go ahead in their career. Akash says that Jai is too innocent so fails to learn who is the right person and wrong person. Reyansh arrives there and jokes about Aradhana’s interaction with Jai. He then gives Kimaya’s favorite cup cakes to Kiki and asks her to give it to Kimaya. Kiki gets happy then leaves with the cake. Akash and Reyansh decides to find out if someone intentionally did the accident.
Reyansh enters Jai’s room and questions Aradhana’s interaction with Jai. Aradhana asks the reason behind Reyansh complaining about taking good care of Jai. Reyansh mocks her. Aradhana gets angry but then Jai stops her from saying anything against Reyansh by reminding her about his promise to him. Reyansh receives a call from Vivek who informs him that Aradhana forgave him also he had a conversation with Malini. Reyansh gets surprised but become hopeful that Aradhana might forgave him already.
Later, Reyansh meets Aradhana who is waiting in the receptionist to collect the medical reports of Kimaya. Reyansh questions Aradhana but the latter warns him to stay away from her matter. He asks her why she is telling everyone that she forgave him but not to him yet. Meanwhile, Kiki asks Malini to fix Kimaya’s alliance with Vikram (Reyansh). Kimaya who overhears this sends a message to Aradhana expressing her worry. Aradhana gets upset reading her message. She then collects the report and tells Reyansh she forgave him which surprises Reyansh. Aradhana leaves.
Malini praises Aradhana to Viren which Kiki overhears. She decides to sabotage Aradhana’s image for trying to snatch the Khanna sister’s happiness. Here, Aradhana gets an instructions from Beena to make a special cake during her absence. Reyansh arrives there and says Beena hired him as her supervisor. Aradhana argues with Reyansh. She then wonders what kind of relationship they both have after Reyansh leaves.
Precap: Kiki vows not to let Aradhana get Jai. Reyansh kisses Aradhana. Malini and Kimaya sees something and gets shocked.
