The episode starts with Megha manipulating Garv against Titlie and Koyal by taking his side . Megha tries to make Garv realise that even Titlie knew the truth and hid it from him. Garv questions Titlie if she knew Chi Chi is his Chiku bhaiya and she kept it hidden from him. Garv gets angry on Titlie when she doesn’t answer back. Chintu calls Dhara and says he has something important to tell her. He says unless he shares talks with her, he doesn’t feel things are real. On call, he hears Garv shouting and asks Dhara not to disconnect. The latter goes out room to check on what’s happening.
Garv furiously keeps asking Titlie to answer him. He keeps her hand on his head and says her to accept that she did not know about Chiku’s truth. Titlie cries and confesses that she knew about Chiku’s reality. Garv feels betrayed and heartbroken hearing her answer. He sits down being shaken up. All family members feel hurt seeing his condition. Garv pulls Titlie to him and questions why she did this to him and hid such a big truth to him. He says how he uses to share about his childhood memories with Chiku still she didn’t tell him that his Chiku Bhaiya is alive and he should go and hug him once.
Garv questions Titlie if she didn’t feel guilty at all. He says about changing himself for her and to become a better person for her as he trusts her as well as their love more than anything. Before Titlie can answer, Garv says her not to give any excuse and blames her for keeping him in darkness. Garv keeps asking what’s the reason behind her betraying him so badly. He keeps crying and demanding Titlie for answers.
Megha gets close to Garv and again provokes him indirectly by scolding Titlie. She says Garv is all broken because of Titlie. Drishti goes to meet gynaecologist who tells her that abortion will be dangerous for her life. She panics and says she will go to other doctor. Doctor says her that she is already three months pregnant and abortion will really be harmful for her. She calls Sandy who scolds her and Drishti overhears him being with his new girlfriend. Titlie scolds Megha and says she knows well what she is trying to do. Megha says Titlie only pretends to be truthful but she is fake.
Garv blasts his anger on Titlie and says he will not listen to anything she is saying. He calls Titlie hypocrite and breaks things around. When Koyal tries to stop Garv he scolds even her. Garv takes Maina and Chiku with him and goes inside. Koyal hugs Titlie and consoles her. Megha smirks seeing Titlie’s condition. Titlie sits waiting for Garv and Megha again comes to taunt her. The episode ends with Megha saying she is enjoying Titlie’s failed love story.
