The episode starts with Chiku trying to take Natasha outside OT. Suman’s heartbeat gets revived as Chiku and Natasha are holding her hand. Chiku calls doctor to check on her as she is gaining consciousness. Natasha keeps trying to get back inside operation theater. Chiku tries to make her understand to let doctor do their work and says koi nahi is in very critical condition. He also addresses Natasha as Chutki. Chiku says she is not at fault but instead her in laws and they will surely get punished. Natasha is left shocked and recalls her memories with Chiku as children.
Hetal comes to Amresh with tea. He asks her how all this happened and questions her about rakhi incident. Hetal says she had jumped from kitchen’s window to tie rakhi to her brother. Amresh says her to call her brother and make him cut it off. Hetal cries and asks reason for the same. Amresh tells she has to pay for her mistake and forces her to call her brother and demands her to keep it on speaker. Hetal says him to cut his rakhi off and send photo to her.
Hetal’s brother denies cutting the rakhi but she reminds him that celebrating rakhi is considered bad omen in her in laws house so he has to do it . Her brother unwillingly cuts the rakhi and sends the picture to Hetal. Amresh breaks Hetal’s phone and says she doesn’t have right to talk to her family members anymore. Natasha calls Chiku and he feels emotional. She recalls how Chiku used to look after her as kids. Natasha’s other brothers also come there and questions where Chiku is. They get shocked realising the truth and Natasha asks them to stop him before he gets lost again.
Amba says Chhavi to tie all of Natasha’s belongings and throw them away as it’s impossible for her to return to their home. Natasha sees Suman’s condition from outside. Dolly questions Chirag if Dhawal and Natasha are going to get divorced. Chirag says Natasha and Dhawal are made for each other. Dolly says about Natasha not being able to adjust in the house .He says Natasha is sensitive and innocent. They share some sweet moments together. Natasha cries and prays to God for Suman’s recovery.
Chiku comes to Makwana house and calls out Amresh. He breaks things around in the house. Amba gets shocked and asks him to talk slowly. Amresh questions Chiku if he found some way to break Pandya Store. Chiku tells he has found the way to break Amresh and raises his hand to hit him. Chirag and Bhavin hit Chiku and call him lowly goon. Chiku hits Bhavin and Chirag back. Amba says Amresh to call police. Sesh comes there and Chiku tells him to support him and asks if he remembers how they helped each other as kids. Sesh addresses him as Chiku and they together fight against Bhavin and Chirag. The episode ends with Chiku telling that he is Yashvardhan Panday urf Chiku.
Precap Natasha is asked to arrange for injection available in Mumbai. She confronts Dhawal and asks if they want to deteriorate her condition further.
