The episode starts with Sanjana drinking milk and Sajan peeking from outside. Sanjana asks him to come inside. Sajan lies that he felt she has called her. Sanjana denies calling him and asks him to arrange two or three healthy rats for her. Sajan gets shocked when Sanjana demands for healthy and juicy rats. He thinks she is Naagin and will eat rats. Peon comes to ask for leave and Sanjana asks if she should give him leave for lifetime. Sajan imagines her biting peon turning into snake and him begging to suck poison out. Sanjana makes disgusted face seeing Sajan kissing Chedy.
Chedy asks Sajan what he was doing. Sajan whispers to him that his mother in law had asked him to wish good afternoon to him. Chedy kisses Sajan back on cheeks and says to wish his mother in law good night in return. Sanjana asks him about what’s happening but he leaves. Later Sanjana asks Sajan for rat and he comes disguised as one. She takes fork and knife to stab him. This turns out to be Sajan’s imagination. Sajan says his friends that madam is Naagin and they get into argument.
Sajan keeps saying that Sanjana is naagin and he saw her drinking milk in bowl. He says about madam demanding rats from him. Khilone asks Sajan how are Sanjana’s eyes. Sajan says they are very deep. Khilone reminds him that astrologer had said that Naagin’s eyes will be blue. Sajan says he was really overthinking. Sajan comes to his bedroom and Kashmira keeps complaining. She says about Sajan not loving her at all. Kashmira tells her mother has advised her to do lots of things to attract him but she knows everything is useless.
Sajan says that all this makes human useless and says she is not like her mother and he loves her a lot. Kashmira says if she is not beautiful and hot. Sajan asks her to turn around for him to decide it. He sees Sanjana as Naagin in her and runs away being scared. Kashmira cries thinking he feels she is ugly. At office, Sajan wishes good morning to Sanjana. She reminds him about rats. Sajan stumbles to talk about rats and asks why she needs them. Sanjana jokes that she will make their pakoda and eat.
Sajan requests Khilone to catch to catch rats from his shop or else Sanjana will bite him instead and turn him blue. Sanjana overhears his conversation. Later she calls him to office and asks him to take flute from cabin and play it. He thinks she will bite him after hearing music from flute. Sanjana and Chedy start dancing on tune of flute like snakes. Sanjana teases Sajan by saying she is icchadhari Naagin and so does Chedy. They ask him to follow rules of Naag vansh and come to office in naag costume from next day. They laugh scaring Sajan away. The episode ends with Sajan getting ready like naag to go to office.
Precap Sajan and Sanjana will dance in office. Later Sajan will tell Kashmira that he is Naag. At night, Sanjana will ask Sajan to Close his eyes and keeps snake on him which will scare him.
