The episode starts with Akshay waiting for everyone to come. Prachi comes and says she wants to tell everyone about something. Ranbir says he also wants to tell everyone first. Mihika says to Ranbir that he doesn’t need to speak and asks Prachi to speak first. Prachi says Mihika hates him. Mihika asks Prachi to tell everyone how she challenged her that she will not allow her and Ranbir’s marriage to happen. Prachi asks Mihika to say the whole truth instead of saying only half truth. Mihika accuses Prachi of stealing Ranbir from her. Ranbir says to Prachi that she hasn’t done anything like that. Mihika argues with Prachi right in front of everyone. Ranbir stops their argument and says to everyone that he wants to tell everyone about Ranbir and Prachi’s relationship.
Ranbir says to everyone how he first met Prachi in college and how they fell in love. Ranbir says to Tandon family that
Prachi and his relationship is pure and asks everyone to stop throwing dirt on their relationship. Mihika tries to divert the topic in her favour but Ranbir stops Mihika.
Ranbir asks Mihika to tell the truth to everyone. Mihika stays silent. Ranbir says to Tandon how he saved Mihika when she was about to commit suicide. Ranbir says he only came to this house because Mihika told him that her family would not be able to handle it. Ranbir says to Tandon family about their plan. Ranbir says he also only did this engagement because he saw Ashok was not healthy at that time. Ranbir says to everyone that he can’t do this marriage as there was never anything in between him and Mihika. Ashok says to Ranbir that he understood the whole story and breaks off the marriage. Mihika pleads with Ashok and Manpreet not to break off this marriage. Ashok says they can’t force a relationship and anyone will not be happy with this kind of marriage.
Ranbir gets a call from his mother and he takes it. Pallavi says to Ranbir that she wants to meet him. Ranbir agrees. Pallavi says she will come to Tandon mansion right away. Ranbir agrees.
Ashok thinks if Prachi chooses Ranbir over Akshay then Akshay might kill Prachi. Ashok thinks Akshay will also become like Mihika.
Mihika comes to Akshay. Akshay blames Mihika for proposing to Ranbir. Akshay argues with Mihika and calls Mihika an unlucky person. Mihika argues with Akshay saying she will kill Prachi. Akshay says he will kill Ranbir. Ashok comes and stops their argument. Ashok warns both of them that if they try to harm either Ranbir or Prachi then he will not leave them. Ashok leaves from there.
Prachi comes to Ashok. Ashok asks Prachi if he remembers how they met the first time? Prachi says yes. Ashok later says to Prachi how much Prachi means to him. Prachi asks Ashok why is he speaking all of this at this time. Ashok says it’s time to speak about it.
Ranbir comes and asks Ashok why did he call him? Ashok asks Ranbir not to disturb when daughter and father are talking. Ranbir agrees. Ashok asks Ranbir to stop and asks Ranbir to come here. Ashok takes Ranbir and Prachi’s hands in his hands and gets them together. Ashok asks Ranbir to promise him that he will always take care of Prachi and always keep her happy. Ranbir promises that he will always keep Prachi happy. Ashok says he is taking this promise as he doesn’t know what will happen in the future. Prachi says nothing will happen to him. Ashok blesses them both and leaves from there.
Ranbir wipes off Prachi’s tears and hugs her.
