The episode starts with Ilahi saying to Jahan that this sherwani looks nice to him. Jahan says that she left him. Then why is she back to him? Jahan says that Seerat loves him a lot. She isn’t a betrayer like her. Ilahi says that she feels happy to hear that he fell in love with her. Jahan says that he doesn’t want to see her face either. He asks her to leave from there. He realises that he dreamt about Ilahi. He thinks that he is often thinking about her. He throws her photo in the dustbin. Jordan notices it. Meanwhile, Ilahi gains consciousness. She mentions Jahan’s name. The nurse calls the doctor. Jordan says to Jahan that today is his brother’s wedding. He asks him if he remembers Ilahi? Jahan asks him to stay away from him. Jordan is talking with Jahan in a provoking way. He is going to marry Ilahi’s sister. Jahan asks him not to take Ilahi’s name. Jordan mentions her name to provoke him. Jahan threatens to kill him. Jordan says that Ilahi left him alone. Jordan says that he never saw such a cheap person like him in his life. He loves Ilahi and marries her secretly. Now he is going to marry his sister. He congratulates him on his wedding.
The doctor says that Ilahi came out of her coma. Ilahi talks with the doctor. He said to her that she had been admitted to this hospital for the last 15 days. She was in a coma. Ilahi recalls the incident. She wishes to make a phone call. Meanwhile, Dolly is happy to see the banner of Jahan and Seerat. Bebe says that she seems happy. What about Jahan? He doesn’t love Seerat. Dolly recalls the way Jahan said to her that he couldn’t marry again. He can’t lead a happy life with Seerat. Seerat did many crimes. Dolly says that she did everything for his love. He shouldn’t forget that Seerat’s mom took care of them when they met with an accident. Jahan says that he can’t marry her because of that. Dolly threatens to slit her wrist. Jahan agrees to marry him. Dolly says to Bebe that Jahan will take good care of Seerat after days pass. Meanwhile, Diljhot helps Seerat to get ready for her wedding.
She excuses her. Seerat recalls her conversation with Jahan. She says to Jahan that he can back off from his wedding.
She apologized to him for her deeds. Jahan admits that he doesn’t love her. He is going to marry her for his mom’s sake. He loved his mom a lot. He doesn’t have feelings for her at all. Seerat thinks that she just wanted to hear that he is ready to marry her. She can make him fall in love with her. Later, Baljeet praised Jahan’s appearance. Ilahi dials Jahan but he doesn’t attend her call. He is about to attend her call. Ilahi hears that Seerat is going to marry Jahan today. Jahan doubted if Ilahi called him? He thinks that she left him, so he shouldn’t think about her. Ilahi thinks that he shouldn’t marry a criminal. Ilahi calls Amardeep but he isn’t attending her call. She calls Diljhot but Seerat attends her call. Ilahi says to Diljhot that she wants to talk with her about something important. Seerat is shocked to hear her voice. She recognises that Seerat is on the phone. She says to her that she isn’t dead yet.
Ilahi says to Seerat that Jahan said to her that she tried to kill her. But she didn’t listen to him. But she tried to kill her. Seerat says that she didn’t leave any option to her. Seerat says that she was alive. It’s too late. She is going to marry Jahan. Jahan hates her and he doesn’t want to see her face either. She can’t even stop this wedding. No one will believe her. Ilahi says that she won’t allow him to marry a criminal. Seerat and Jordan should be punished for their crimes. She asks them to get ready to go to jail. Seerat thinks that she shouldn’t stop this wedding. Ilahi prays to god to give her the strength to punish the culprits. Seerat calls Jordan and says that Ilahi is alive. Matha Rani’s chunri falls on Ilahi.
