The episode starts with Kavya first aiding Adi’s wound. They sleep at their places. Kavya couldn’t sleep thinking about her villager’s wrath. Kavya sees Adi is sleeping. She sleeps holding Adi’s shirt.
Lady sees Kavya and Adi sleeping. She locks their room. She calls her husband and asks him to come soon. Giriraj asks Jaideep to find Kavya and Adi before the villagers. He sends his men to rescue Adi. Later Kavya wakes up. She sees their room door is locked. She sees from the gap of the door and sees Lady’s husband is none other than the hospital’s watchman.
Sanjeev and other batchmates think where Adi and Kavya disappeared. They inquire the manager and learn that Adi and Kavya are missing.
Malini mocks Giriraj for thinking about his name and fame more than his son. Kavya informs Adi that the lady’s husband is the hospital’s watchman, and we have to leave immediately as her husband feels Navya is responsible for their baby’s death. Lady comes there. Kavya and Adi request her to let them leave. Lady reveals to them that she is helping them. Kavya asks why she is helping them. Lady reveals to Kavya that Navya helped her on her delivery so she can never believe that she gave the wrong injection and killed her baby. She tells Kavya that this village needs an hospital and asks them to make it happen. Kavya assures her that their village will get the hospital. Lady asks them to reach their center using short. They come out and get shocked to see villagers surrounding the house.
Watchman slaps his wife for helping Adi and Kavya. He tries to slap her again but Kavya holds his hand. Villagers thrash Adi. Kavya tries to go to help him but the watchman stops her. Kavya pushes the watchman and hugs Adi. Kavya requests them to leave Adi. Villagers refuses. Adi tries to overpower them but they hold him. Kavya threatens villagers with a fire torch and makes them leave Adi. Omi comes there with his team. He fires his gun and warns villagers to leave. They leave from there.
Omi hugs Adi and feels happy. Adi introduces Kavya to his brother. Adi goes to the watchman and warns him to never raise his hand on his wife. Omi tells Kavya that her teaming with Adi is good and comments on her. Kavya feels confused over his comment. Omi calls Giriraj and informs him that Kavya and Adi started liking each other. Giriraj gets shocked. He says Kavya is not good for their family and tells Omi that they need to keep Adi away from Kavya.
Episode ends.
