The episode starts with Shagun introducing Malik as their new client to Tara. Malik says that it seems she doesn’t like him. Tara says that nothing like that. Malik asks her if she signed the deal. She gives the documents to him. Shagun explains the project to him. Tara is shocked to see her mansion in it. Tara asks Malik who sold it to him? He mentioned Raunaq’s name to her. She says that it may be a mistake. He can’t get this property without his father’s signature. He asks her if she is talking about Vanraj’s sign. He shows the sign to her. He says that she has to work with him. He is going to name it as Malik estate. Tara leaves from there. Meanwhile, Soni is helping Ananya to get ready. Ananya says that this dress is tighter for her. She can’t wear it. Soni scolds her for eating lots of food instead of drinking green tea. Tara comes there and calls Raunaq. She asks him if he sold the estate? He admitted that he sold it. Tara slaps him in anger. He asks her how could she slap him? Tara says that it’s her father’s dream. Her mom’s last memory. Sardaj says that it’s not wrong to sell it. Soni and her husband persuade her. Tara is angry with them.

She is determined to get back the mansion. Malik welcomes Tara and her brother. He introduces her to everyone. He does not allow her to talk with him. He keeps diverting her. Sughan asks her why she is late. He says that she was the owner of this mansion, but not now. He is happy she is going to work for this project. Because she know well about this mansion. She can get close with it.
Tara says to Malik that she wanted to talk with him something important. He is sharing his plan with her. He says that it seems Raunaq didn’t inform her before selling this mansion to him. He continues his talk. She mistakenly spills the drinks on him. Shagun scold her for being rude. Tara says that she have to talk with him something important. He gives space to her. Tara says that she doesn’t want to sell this mansion. Raunaq got her father’s sign by cheating him. It’s not valid. She asks him to cancell the agreement. She returns the cheque to him. Malik asks her if she thinking it’s a toy to return it to her if her kid don’t like it. Neither he won’t accept it not her brother is a child. It’s his dream project. Tara says that this is their last hope. This mansion is her mom’s last memory. She asks him to return the mansion to her. She requested to him. He gets emotional seeing her in tears. He is about to accept the cheque but he remembers his past.
Malik takes the cheque from Tara. He gets everyone’s attention. He says that he understood Tara’s intentions. He says that his brother didn’t discuss this deal with her. She wants more money. That is why she is creating this drama. He says that he will give more money. He throws money at her face in an insulting way. Raunaq collects the money.
