The episode starts with Prachi asking Akshay why is he acting like he is hurt? Akshay asks Prachi if he can’t even feel hurt. Ashok asks Akshay why is he acting like this? Akshay asks Ashok not to interfere in their matter for once and says they will sort it out. Prachi asks Akshay why is he acting like he forgot the truth about their marriage. Akshay says he is just feeling like he has been used. Ashok reminds Akshay that Prachi told the truth to him before the marriage. Akshay asks Ashok to take his side for once instead of Prachi and comments on him. Prachi asks Akshay who is he and says this isn’t the Akshay that she knows. Akshay says he feels sad as he is going to lose Khushi. Akshay says tomorrow he is going to completely hand over Khushi’s custody to her. Akshay makes a request to Prachi to allow him to meet Khushi from time to time. Prachi agrees. Prachi asks Akshay if he couldn’t say all of this in a straight way. Akshay says he is like this.
Daljeet says to her family that after a long time this house feels like a home as she saw smiles on everyone’s faces. Ranbir says to Prachi how he wants to go to Tandon mansion to get Prachi. Ranbir later feels shy and diverts the topic. Ranbir later leaves from there.
Ranbir thinks about Prachi. Ranbir dreams of Prachi coming to him and hugging him. Ranbir tries to kiss Prachi but Ranbir comes out of his daydream.
Ranbir gets a call from Prachi. Prachi shares the good news with Ranbir that Akshay agreed to give the full custody of Khushi to her. Ranbir says to Prachi not to trust Akshay too much and says he does something and says something. Prachi asks Ranbir to trust Akshay for once. Ranbir agrees to do it and teases her.
Visakha comes and asks Akshay what is he thinking about? Akshay says to Visakha that he decided to follow her advice. Akshay says he will be in everyone’s good books. Akshay says he will make Khushi choose between him and Ranbir. Akshay says he will make sure that Khushi will choose him. Akshay says he is going to marry Prachi this time with her consent.
Pallavi asks Ranbir where did he go? Ranbir and Daljeet say to Pallavi that they went to do shopping for Shagun ritual. Vikram asks Ranbir to do these rituals quickly and says he doesn’t get good vibes from Akshay. Ranbir agrees.
Visakha comes from doing shopping and says to Manpreet and Ashok that she went to do shopping as they have to give Shagun to Kohli’s family. Prachi says she is blessed that she got a family like this and says she is going to miss them. Akshay comes and asks not to leave them if she feels that way and says what he means is that not to move too far away from them. Akshay later gives the custody papers to Prachi and she feels elated that she got complete custody of her daughter. Prachi says to Ashok about it.
