Episode begins with Viraj organizes a lavish birthday party for Khushi. Khushi tells him that today is not her birthday. He tells her that, he know that but today they will celebrate her 13th birthday because she said she loves him. He says that they will cut 13 cakes. She appreciates him. He calls Unniyal. Unniyal disguise himself as joker and comes there. Viraj scolds him for not disguise himself as monkey. Khushi cut the cake and feeds Viraj and Unniyal. Viraj shows 13 gifts to Khushi. He tells her that she was not with him but he brought every year birthday gift for her.
Unniyal tells himself that there is happiness in Viraj’s life but his life is filled with stress. He says that he has pills to sleep. Khushi hears this. Viraj gives bracelet to Khushi. Khushi tells him that they should dance. He asks her that if she like to dance. She nods at him. He tells Unniyal to play music. They dances. Khushi steals pills bottle from Unniyal. She thinks that she is smart. She tells Viraj that she is enjoying so much.
She says that she is hungry and goes to eat the cake. She mixes pills powder in the cake. She eats one piece of normal cake. She gives pills cake to Unniyal and Viraj. Unniyal eats the cake. Viraj also eats the cake and dance with Khushi. Unniyal and Viraj falls asleep. Khushi gets happy seeing this. She takes the key from Viraj’s pocket and leaves from there.
On the other hand, Siya notices poison bottle in the kitchen. She runs to the hall and finds her family members in unconscious state. She asks them to wake up. Raghav sings a song. He asks Siya that if she remember their marriage vows. He reminds her that she has to respect him, she has to give importance to him, she has to listen him always, she has to praise him, she belongs to him only. She tells him that she won’t let him complete the pheres. She says that she won’t follow Raghav’s order from now on and she loses her consciousness.
Khushi reaches her home. She tells her parents that they should leave from there. They refuses to accept her as their daughter. They scolds her and throw her out of the home. She requests them to open the door. Viraj tells her that her fake parents won’t open the door. She gets shocked seeing Viraj there. He recalls that how he saw Khushi mixing powder in the cake and he act like eating the cake. She cries. He asks her to not cry.
Siya wakes up. Raghav tells her that he mixed sleeping pills in the kheer. Her family congratulates Siya. Raghav tells Siya that she is pregnant. Siya gets happy hearing this. He tells her that he will love their child like how he love her. She gets shocked hearing this. He hugs her. She thinks that she won’t let her child become like Raghav.

Precap – Siya tries to stab Raghav. Raghav sees this. She tells him that he don’t have any rights on her child.
