Episode starts with Bindiya’s lawyer asking her to tell the entire truth. She says that she can’t do it. The lawyer asks her to get ready for losing the case. Bindiya takes out Payal’s mobile from her bag and gives it to the magistrate. She asks the magistrate to see the video in the mobile but not show it to the people in the court. She checks the mobile but finds only the photos that Krishna’s lawyer presented in the court. She asks Bindiya if she is playing a game with the court. Bindiya says that there was a personal video in the mobile on the basis of which Payal was being blackmailed. Payal says that Bindiya is lying and she got back her phone last night. Krishna also supports Payal and says that he only found Payal’s phone last night and gave it to Payal.
Krishna asks Mr.Chopra to shut up. He says that even if he brings 1000 photos or even if the Lord comes and says this to him, he won’t believe it. Krishna tells Mr.Chopra that he had already warned him about framing Bindiya in the court since he wants to win but not on the basis of a lie then how come he framed all of this. Mr.Chopra says that he only presented what’s true and nothing wrong. Krishna tears off the photos in front of him and warns everyone in the court that whoever will try to disrespect Bindiya, he will tear that person off.
Chopra says to the Magistrate that he has also presented Bindiya’s lover in the court who has himself said the truth in the court. Krishna goes to that man, apparently Bindiya’s love and asks him who gave him money to tell this lie. First he keeps on lying, then as the Magistrate asks him to tell the truth or else she would start an investigation against him, he says that Mr.Chopra gave him money and he did accordingly. He tries to run away from the court but the police get hold of him. Payal sees that Mr Chopra’s name has been taken so she gets up and raises fingers on Mr.Chopra for putting such a blame on Bindiya. Ashok points his fingers at Payal and says that it is all her deed and she is the mastermind behind all of this. Mr.Chopra says that now she will show the court what she is in reality. Krishna says to Chopra that he has listened to enough of his nonsense and now he won’t tolerate a single word from him.
Krishna says that he wants a divorce for sure but not at the cost of Bindiya’s disrespect. He says he doesn’t want such a lawyer. Magistrate tells Chopra that he would send a legal notice in his name so that he never gets to do such a thing in future and is unable to practise. She says that he must be ashamed of himself. Magistrate adjourns the court till the next session. Chopra says that he would see everyone and not leave any of them. Bindiya’s lawyer assures her that Chopra won’t be able to do anything so she must not worry. Payal thinks of reconciling with Mr.Chopra so that he doesn’t open her secrets. Krishna apologises to Bindiya for his lawyer’s deeds. Baldev says that Krishna has made him proud today. Episode ends.
