Episode starts with the conversation between Bhanu and Yuvika. He describes the disastrous condition of Mahajan company, who is in the verge of destruction. Bhanu requests to Yuvika to help him in building up the Mahajan business again. As he promised his deceased father that he will take care of this company with the utmost care and love. He also adjoins that their family members of Mahajan is not only Mahajan group, the thousand employees of this company are also regarded as Mahajan company. This was build up with the hard work of Prem Mahajan.
Suddenly, Bhanu Pratap is informed by Neel that Dhanraj and Digvijay are ready to announce the bankruptcy of the Mahajan company. He couldn’t able to bear the catastrophe and proceeds to save his group. Before his leaving, Bhanu motivates Yuvika that she should fight back against the Mahajan evil group. He asks her repeatedly whether she would help him or not to build up the company again as it was the dream of Prem. Premraj wanted to see that company in the peak among the others and also dreamt of the ultimate success of Mahajan company. Yuvika questions herself to know the answer of her own mind.
Here, the media gets ready to face the media and channels. The media reporters try to assume the next steps of Mahajan company. As soon as Dj, Dhanraj and Gargi enter in the hall of the media press, the medias throw them some unavoidable questions which make them more disturbed and irritated. They regard them as the liar and hypocrite. As soon as, Dj proceeds to declare the statement, many reporters declines him as the head representative of Mahajan company. After that, Dhanraj takes the hold and proceeds to file their bankruptcy of their Mahajan company.
Meanwhile, Bhanu Pratap comes in the midst of his declaration, and wants to say something significant. Though, Dhanraj asks him not to interfere in their business, but this time Pratap doesn’t let him do that and takes his own chair. Although, Bhanu feels weak in the midst of the meeting, but Yuvika stands like a rock beside him. Seeing Yuvika, the employees ask her about their future, whether they would get their job returned. Sitting in the chairman’s chair, Yuvika feels nervous and puzzled. But gathering all the confidence, she clears out that Mahajan company wouldn’t file any bankruptcy report. She also takes the hold in the company which makes jealous Dj and other evil characters. Bhanu appreciates the prompt decision of Yuvika.
