Episode starts with Dj asking Yuvika how she would execute her decision. Yuvika says that she is not ashamed of saying that companies become bankrupt but not the families who build the companies. She says that she has done her homework before announcing these things and shows some papers. She says that these are Mahajan Group’s financial papers in which she can see a lot of lame expenses for example salaries of some employees that can’t be justified like her own salary. Gargi says to Ruhi if Yuvika even knows the importance of being the chairperson of the Mahajan group.
Yuvika says that she is not against the salary of the chairperson but when the company is going through such a crisis she can’t afford to waste so much money without a cause. When the employees don’t even have power in their colony, she can’t afford to travel by air. Bhoomi recalls Prem’s words and becomes emotional. Yuvika says that change begins with the self. She says that she won’t take one penny of her salary till the Mahajan group grows up again. She says that if the board of directors can cut down their salaries to a small amount for a few months then it would help the company to stand on its feet again.
The workers praise and bless Yuvika and say that it’s all Prem’s teachings. The board members get irritated and go inside. The news channel raises questions on Yuvika’s capabilities. They praise her but at the same time they say that they would have to see whether in this age of capitalism she will be able to revive the company. Neel’s new employers wish him luck. Yuvika enters her office and hallucinates Prem. The board members agitatedly tell Dhanraj that they are not ready to cut down their salaries and they must remove Yuvika from the post of the chairperson. They say that Yuvika has made this company a social service agency which they can’t afford. Prem tells Yuvika to stay alert and strong since it’s a bumpy road forward. Prem asks Yuvika not to repeat his mistakes. Yuvika promises him to never let hkm and Bhoomi down. After sometime Yuvika’s hallucinations stop.
The board members accuse Dhanraj for all the decisions Yuvika took. He says that he never forced them to sign on the consent forms and it was completely their decision. They fight among themselves. As Yuvika enters the boardroom, Dj calls her by her name so Yuvika says that Yuvika is at home. Here she is the chairperson. So he must call her Yuvika mam or chairperson. Dhanraj reminds Dj to maintain the decorum of the boardroom. Dj asks Yuvika what was the requirement to go against the board member’s unanimous decision of the plan of action when there were Bhanu’s signatures on it. Bhanu comes and asks Dj not to lie since there was no signature of him and the Poa was wrong.
The board members ask Bhanu if he is ready to cut his salary. He says that already since a long time half of his salary goes to the Mahajan trust and from now on he won’t even take the rest of his salary and supports Yuvika in this endeavour. He says that they must feel ashamed of themselves to even raise questions in this matter. Bhanu even surrenders his car and driver.
