Episode starts with Yuvika asking Digvijay to put the gun down. She asks if he wants to kill her for the position of the chairperson. Dj says he is doing this for the chair as it is his dream and he is the real Vanshaj of the Mahajan group and not her. Neel, Bhanu and others scream from outside. They ask Dj to open the door. One of the peons try to open the door but finds that the
Gargi asks Dhanraj to make her talk to Dj. Isha overhears Gargi telling Ruhi that Dj has locked himself and Yuvika in the boardroom and he has a gun. Dj says to Yuvika that she has stolen his dream. He isn’t able to close his eyes at night. All he sees is Yuvika sitting on that chair and he can never forget Yuvika. Bhanu asks Dj to not do anything silly in anger and asks him to open the door. Dj says be thought a lot about this and the only way out he found is to kill Yuvika and then commit suicide. If his dreams couldn’t be fulfilled, no one can live his dream. Dj says that he is unable to do this also because he is a failure. He cries and bends down on his knees. Yuvika offers her some water. Dj apologises to Yuvika and says that he has done very wrong with her while she keeps his gun away. Bhanu enters the boardroom. Dhanraj informs Gargi that everything is under control now. Ruhi informs Bhoomi that everything is okay now.
Dj says to Yuvika that he has realised that she is worthy of the chair and congratulates her. He says that he is proud of her being a Mahajan. Then he hugs Yuvika. Dj apologises to Bhanu. Bhanu asks him to go home and get some rest. Dhanraj hugs Dj while he cries. Neel tries to get inside the boardroom but Vidur asks him to leave and not interfere in the Mahajan’s matter and doesn’t let her enger the boardroom. Bhoomi calls Bhanu and asks for Yuvika. Yuvika says to Bhoomi that she is okay while she asks Yuvika to come back home. Dj apologises to Bhanu. Bhanu says that what matters is that he has realised his mistake and says that he loves Dj equally.
Neel listens to the news that says that there has been a hike in the share prices in the share market. Neel wonders how the share prices went up so high suddenly and doubts if there’s any conspiracy behind this. Ruhi says to Dj that she is proud of him for what he did today. She says that now she is with him since he is a changed man now. Dj suddenly laughs aloud and says that one who changes dies. He says that he hasn’t changed at all and this is just a new beginning.
