The episode starts with Beant Singh praying to Babaji for case on their house to be in their favor. Heer feeds him prasad and says that she wants to come with him. Beant tells that all their family members will be there so he doesn’t want to caste evil eye on her. Later, Heer and Ranjha come to Atwal mansion to meet Rajwinder. When guards stop them, Kuldeep comes there and says him to stop someone after thinking. Heer questions Kuldeep about where Rajwinder is. He says she has gone to Heer’s house and there may be some big surprise for her.
Rajwinder along with Teji and Janel come to Heer’s house. Navjot gets pleasantly surprised to see them there. Rajwinder tells about bringing proposal of Kuldeep’s marriage with Heer. Navjot invites them inside. Rajwinder starts sneezing because of tempering from kitchen. Navjot introduces her family members to Rajwinder. The latter questions about where Heer is. Navjot says she has gone to Gurudwara and will be back soon. Heer tells Kuldeep to stop Rajwinder from talking about their relationship as she is not interested to marry him. But Kuldeep denies to do so and says he knows no one can give her more happiness than him so he will stop Rajwinder.
Lawyer calls Rajwinder and informs that case hearing is at 1:30 and confirms if he should get Beant Singh defeated. Rajwinder says she will decide it at 1 pm and hopes Heer comes by that time. Ranjha tells Kuldeep that even though he is rich, he cannot force Heer to marry him. Rajwinder wonders where Heer is and she wants to heat approval for marriage from Heer herself. Lawyer keeps calling Rajwinder to know her decision.
Heer tells Kuldeep that her no cannot change to yes. She says its useless to talk to Kuldeep and she will herself go and deny Rajwinder for the relationship. Kuldeep tells Heer that it will definitely come to take her on horse. Heer requests Navjot not to take any decision unless she comes home. Beant Singh gives lawyer papers and says he has invested all his lifetime earnings on the case and if he loses the case, he will become homeless with his family. Lawyer talks to Rajwinder and feels sympathetic towards Beant Singh. But she warns him about getting his daughter kidnapped.
Heer rejects Rajwinder’s proposal for Kuldeep and her marriage. She questions Rajwinder if she is actually accepting her or taking her as a means to get their land. Navjot tells Heer to talk properly to guests. Ranjha requests Navjot to let Heer take her own decisions. Rajwinder acts innocent and says she is doing all this for Kuldeep and tries to use Navjot for emotionally melting Heer. Teji also compliments Kuldeep and change in him since he has met Heer. She requests Heer to give one chance to Kuldeep. Gurmeet also tries to convince Heer for the same. Rajwinder tells that if Heer agrees for relationship later they can keep the shagun or else return to their address.Beant Singh returns home thinking of how he lost the case and has to vacate it in 48 hours. The episode ends with Beant Singh telling his family about losing the case.
