The episode starts with doctor informing Heer to keep money arranged for bypass surgery and they need to call cardiosurgeon for the same. Heer tells them to whatever they want but to improve Beant’s health. Navjot worries why Jasmin is getting late to bring money from home. Ranjha suggests to go and check but Heer says she will go as she knows where the money is kept. She feels emotional thinking of her memories with Beant Singh.
Nurse gives the prescription to get medicines for Beant Singh. Ranjha goes to get them but mistakenly drops the prescription.
Kuldeep breaks mirror and destroys everything in his room. Rajwinder enters his room and tries to calm him. Kuldeep gets hysteric saying days are passing and yet Heer has not agreed yet. Rajwinder tells him to trust his mother and she will anyhow convince Heer. Kuldeep warns Rajwinder that if Heer doesn’t say yes within 24 hours, she will never see her son’s face again. Rajwinder says that after Haveli being auctioned Heer has already broken emotionally and within next 24 hrs she will completely change everything.
Heer comes home and asks Jasmin for money she had kept with her. Jasmin cries and says its already taken by Gurmeet to play gambling. Heer gets shocked to know the same. Rajwinder gets a call and she gets very delighted to know that Beant Singh has blockage in heart and has suffered massive heart attack. She says she likes to take advantage of other’s weakness. Gurmeet plays cards and loses all the money in gambling. Ranjha tells the pharmacist that he lost the prescription and requests to get medicines for heart attack. When the pharmacists says cupboard is full of medicine for same, Ranjha picks the whole of it to carry.
Heer reaches the place Gurmeet is gambling and confronts him. She shows how Gurmeet was being fooled by his opponent. Heer calls police immediately and leaves with Gurmeet for hospital with the money. Doctor informs Heer that strange things has happened as all the heart surgeons have their phones turned off. It’s shown all of them are kept captive. Beant Singh’s pulse starts dropping badly which worries all of them. Navjot also starts feeling dizzy and Gurmeet consoles her. She cries and says if anything happens to Beant Singh how will she alone handle everything.
Heer tells Navjot not to worry as she and Ranjha will not let anything happen to Beant Singh. Heer cries silently and acts strong. They get shocked to see Rajwinder in the hospital. Rajwinder smirks seeing Beant’s condition and this is just a beginning. She acts and inquires Heer about Beant’s health. Gurmeet tells that they need to immediately get Beant’s bypass surgery done and they are not being able to contact any cardiac surgeon. Rajwinder calls Suraj Singh and asks him to bring best cardiac surgeon to hospital within 15 minutes. Heer thanks Rajwinder for her help. Navjot also feels indebted to her. The episode ends with Suraj Singh taking cardiosurgeon with him to hospital.
