The episode starts with Payal asking Dadi not to leave Kaveri. She says to Dadi that Bindiya is Kaveri. Bindiya is shocked to hear it. Dadi says that she won’t leave her. Dadi mistakes Payal as Kaveri. She strangles her neck. Bindiya asks her to leave her. She is not Kaveri. Dadi pushes Bindiya down. Bindiya breaks the flower vase to divert her. Payal escapes from there using that situation. Dadi runs behind her. Glass shreds peirce into her feet. Dadi closed Bindiya inside the room. Bindiya asks her to leave her. Everyone hears a sound. Indu asks them who is shouting like this? Payal shouting for help. Krishna is shocked to see Payal and Dadi are standing in the balcony. Dadi is trying to push Payal down from the balcony. Krishna asks her not to push her down. She is not Kaveri but his Payal. Payal requesting Dadi not to push her down. She says that she untied her hand. She asked her to kill Bindiya but she is trying to kill her. Dadi says that she will kill her. Payal says that she isn’t Kaveri. She is Payal.
Indu asks the servant to go and save her. She says that she can’t go there. Dadi may push her down. Payal asks Krishna to help her. Krishna assures her that he is coming. He rushes to save her. Indu says that this is why she asked him not to allow her inside the house. Baldev asks her who untied her hand? Indu says that he has to ask this to Bindiya. She says that this much happened here she didn’t come out to check. She doesn’t know where she disappeared. Baldev rushes to check Bindiya. He noticed that Bindiya was locked inside the room. He opens the room. He says to her that Payal’s life in danger. Sakshi says to Vickram that she doesn’t know Payal’s life ends in danger. Vickram says that everyone’s life in danger now. What if Dadi mistakes Sakshi as Kaveri tomorrow? Krishna tried to convince Dadi. She is threatening to push Payal down from the balcony. She asks him to stay away from him. He says that he won’t come but she shouldn’t push her down.
Bindiya comes there. Krishna notices her there. She signals him not to shout. Payal is struggling in Dadi’s grip. She says to Krishna that she don’t want to die like this. Krishna stops Bindiya from going near Dadi. He says that he don’t trust her. She tells him that he doesn’t has any other option in his hand now. He released her hand seeing Payal’s state. Bindiya gets Dadi’s attention. She shows flowers to her. She says that she brought this flowers for her. She wants to make her happy. If she pins this flowers on her hair she looks pretty. Dadi checks her head. Bindiya says that flowers is in her hand. Krishna thinks that Bindiya’s trick worked out. He saves Payal from her hand. Bindiya diverts Dadi by showing a mirror. Baldev says that ambulance will reach here asap. Indu feels pity on Payal.
Sakshi asks her why Dadi mistakes Payal as Kaveri? If she looks like Kaveri? Indu asks her to leave this matter. Bindiya brings Dadi inside. Payal thinks that Dadi is a dangerous person. She has to tie her hand. Sakshi scared to see her. Bindiya says to Dadi that she likes Ballu a lot. He is here. Dadi and Baldev gets emotional. Dadi notices Payal standing beside her. She shouts Kaveri’s name. Dadi chases her holding a knife. She tries to stab her. Everyone is shocked to see Bindiya comes between them.
