Episode begins with Karun gets worried seeing blood on Kaashvi. He requests God to not kill Mahima because he is going to see Kaashvi’s face. He goes to Kaashvi and asks her about blood. Kaashvi covers her face with duppata. He tells her that she need not to cover her face because he prayed to God. She tells him that she is fine. He tells her that he could see her injuries. He brings bandage to put it on her face ( Title song plays in the background ). He tells her that his father says pain goes when he kisses on the wound. She lies to him her cheeks and hands are paining. He kisses on her cheeks and hands. She tells him that his kiss really knows magic because it’s not paining now.
Mahima asks Geetika about Simran. Geetika tells Mahima that treatment is going on. She scolds her for not stopping Kaashvi. She says that Kaashvi and Arjun are there. Mahima tells her that she came to help her. She says that Simran will die and decides to leave from there. She searches Karun in the hospital.
Kaashvi tells Karun that it was not her blood and she admitted someone else in the hospital. She asks him that what is he doing there. Karun tells her that he came with his mother. He asks her to not say bad things about his mother. She tells him that she want to talk to his mother. Nurse informs Kaashvi that Simran regained her consciousness. Kaashvi gets happy and goes inside. She asks Doctor about Simran’s condition. Doctor tells Kaashvi that Simran’s recovery is difficult because of internal injuries. Simran tells Kaashvi that she want to tell the important matter of the latter’s life. She struggles to breathe and slips into coma. Doctor informs Kaashvi that Simran slipped into coma. Geetika gets happy hearing this. Kaashvi requests Simran to open the eyes. She gets worried about Micky.
Arjun brings police to the hospital. Karun goes to Arjun. Kaashvi hears Karun’s voice and she decides to meet Karun’s father. But she finds no one there. She assumes that Karun left with his father. She goes inside.
Arjun asks Karun that what the latter is doing there. Karun replies to him that he came with Mahima. Mahima comes there and pretends like she is glad she found Karun. She lies to Arjun that she has stomach pain. She takes Karun from there.
Geetika tells Police inspector that Simran had an affair with Kaashvi’s brother Micky. Kaashvi shows Simran’s message to Police inspector. She says that Harman’s family tortured Simran. She adds that it’s an murder case, not suicide case. Nurse agrees with Kaashvi. Kaashvi and Arjun tells Police inspector to arrest Geetika and Harman. Police arrests Geetika and Harman. Later, Geetika tells everything to Mahima. She asks her to kill Simran. Mahima thinks that she has to kill Simran to not get exposed.

Precap – Simran tells Kaashvi that the latter’s baby is alive still. Mahima tries to kill Simran. Kaashvi comes there with police.
