Episode begins with Arjun tells Kaashvi that he will drop her at home and she need to take rest. Kaashvi nods at him. He puts his jacket on her. She slips and he holds her. They shares an eye lock ( Tu hai song plays in the background ). Aditya comes there and press the horn of his car to get their attention. They comes to reality and stands straight.
Aditya asks Kaashvi that whether she is fine. Kaashvi replies to him that she is worried. She says that they planned something and something else happened. He tells her that’s life. He removes Arjun’s jacket and gives it to Arjun. He says that Kaashvi don’t need Arjun’s jacket and she is habituated to use her own things.
Arjun tells Aditya that Kaashvi is feeling cold now. Aditya tells Arjun that he has Kaashvi’s shawl in his car. He puts shawl on Kaashvi. He asks her about Simran’s condition. Kaashvi tells him everything. He tells her that Micky will be heartbroken. He informs her that tomorrow he is going to Delhi for an important meeting. He takes her from there.
Next day, Mahima lies to Arjun that she has stomach ache. She tells him to drop Karun at school. Arjun takes Karun from there. Mahima thinks that she has to get rid of Simran. Romila tells Mahima that the latter is completely fine. Mahima taunts her and leaves from there.
After some time, Mahima reaches the hospital covering her face. She disguise herself as Nurse and wears mask. She goes to Simran’s room and lies to police officers that she has to give medicine to Simran. She enters the room. She tells Simran that the latter is in this condition because of herself. She removes the oxygen mask and tries to inject her poison.
Kaashvi asks police officers that if everything is fine. Nurse comes there. Police officer tells them that already one Nurse entered Simran’s room. Kaashvi barges into the room and tells Mahima to stop. Mahima thinks that she can’t get exposed and runs from there. Kaashvi and Police officers chases Mahima and Mahima escapes from them.
Kaashvi wonders who is trying kill Simran. She asks Nurse about Simran’s condition. Nurse tells Kaashvi that Simran is fine. Kaashvi scolds Police officers. Arjun comes there and learns about everything. He wonders who tried to kill Simran when Geetika and Harman are in jail. He tells Kaashvi that they should lie in the press conference that Simran is fine. Kaashvi says that attacker will come again for sure.
Mahima decides to send someone to hospital to kill Simran. Kaashvi and Arjun hides in the cupboard. Her earrings gets stuck on his sweater. He tries to remove it and holds her ear ( Title song plays in the background ).

Precap – Kaashvi learns that her baby is alive and she tells about it to Dadi. Mahima tells Romila that Kaashvi can’t find her baby no matter what.
