The episode starts with Anuj saying he feels she doesn’t care for Anupama and Choti. He says sorry but he feels that she worries more for Shahs than Kapadias . Anuj says she had 26 years of relationship with them so it’s obvious to feel attached . Anupama tries to stop him but Anuj says he has lots of patience but now he has had enough . He says he is sorry as he knows Anupama didn’t want to become Choti’s mother buy he made her do so. He continues saying how he loves Anupama so much that next day of marriage he made her the signing authority.
Anuj tells Anupama that he feels he did mistake by marrying her in hurry and should have given her more time. He addresses her as Anupama rather than Anu. Anupama asks Anuj if he feels marrying her is a mistake. He says that he did not sat so and she never understood him. Anuj says why she is not only his. Anupama asks him why he kept so much in his heart and never told her about it . Anupama says that baggage is really heavy and she didn’t want to do second marriage but he accepted her with three children.
Anupama keeps explaining all of accusations on her part. She says she lot so much love from him which she never did before. She says how becoming Choti’s mother was by her choice and was not forced by him. Anupama tells Anuj that he told everything he has in his heart but now she will say. She says Anuj that he is feeling suffocated in this relationship but just stretching it . Anupama says she broke her relationship with Shahs today but did not think she has to break relationship with him too.
Anuj is left shocked and says Anupama that he did not say so and she is not able to understand him again . The latter says she has heard what he did not speak and has taken her decision. She says she will leave and she knows he will not stop her this time. Anupama tells Anuj that she loves him a lot and is so good that anyone will love him. She picks up their photo and tears off her photo from it. Anupama tells without any grudges she is freeing him from her and her baggage.
Anupama advises him to live freely and look after Choti but try not to have bitterness in their hearts for her. She thanks him for giving her so much love and coming in her life. She says he will always be there in her wishes and prayers. Anupama is about to fall as she mistakenly opens one of her sandals. She looks at Anuj painfully and leaves the house. The episode ends with a heartbroken Anupama leaving behind a disappointed Anuj.

Devika will come to meet Anupama and give her visa as well as work permit for America . Anupama will say that she has left relationship behind but memories always stay along. Anupama will board flight for America.
