Episode begins with Romila lies to Kaashvi that she was in the house whole day because Micky was heart broken. Kaashvi claims that Romila went to city hospital. Romila asks her and Arjun that why they are behaving like this. Kaashvi asks Romila to show her hand if she is innocent then. Mahima comes there and asks what’s happening. Romila tells Mahima that Kaashvi is interrogating her. She says that she don’t even know what happened. Kaashvi says that Simran died because she inhaled toxic gas. She adds that she want to check Romila’s hand.
Kaashvi sees Romila’s hand and finds burning mark. Mahima says that 5 days back Romila spilled hot tea on her hand so her hand is like this. She asks Arjun that how can he suspect Romila. She tells him that Romila is not criminal to kill Simran. She says that Romila was against Simran and Micky’s relationship because Simran has a son. She warns him to not blame Romila again.
Arjun apologizes to Romila for suspecting her. Mahima tells him to focus on his family. He tells her to not drag the matter. She asks him that how can he suspect Romila on the basis of tattoo. Kaashvi tells Romila that she just did her job. Romila tells her that she understands. Kaashvi leaves from there. Arjun follows her.
Romila gets relieved. She tells thanks to Mahima. Mahima recalls that how she bribed the security guard and watched CCTV footage of the hospital. She gets relieved that Romila’s face is not visible. Later, Security guard informs Mahima about tattoo and Romila. Mahima tells Romila that Kaashvi and Arjun saw the latter’s tattoo. Romila tells her that she don’t want to go to jail. Mahima asks her to calm down. She says that they have to remove the tattoo. She uses liquid to remove the tattoo. Romila screams in pain. Mahima says that Kaashvi won’t learn who killed Simran and Karun is her son.
Kaashvi tells Aditya that she did not find Simran’s killer and her child. She says that she is not understanding what she should do now. Aditya tells her that Geetika and Harman got released so they may get information from Simran’s family.
Geetika helps pregnant lady in delivery. Kaashvi sees this and learns that Geetika worked in city hospital. She realises that Geetika was her doctor. She thinks that Geetika must know about her son. Geetika runs after seeing Kaashvi. Kaashvi catch Geetika and asks about her child. Harman comes there in his car. Geetika pushes Kaashvi and gets in Harman’s car. Kaashvi requests Aditya to catch Geetika. She tells him that Geetika know about her child.
Mahima picks Geetika’s call and learns that Kaashvi recognized her. Geetika informs Mahima that Kaashvi know her child is alive.
