The episode starts with Karthik saying to Shiv how they set the bed in the hostel. Shakti says to Karthik that she set all of his clothes in the cupboard. Shakti confirms with Karthik that he should wear sports dress on Saturdays. Karthik asks Shakti how does she knows about it. Shakti says she read his school diary and she knows all the rules of his school and says she will help him in his school preparation. Karthik says he can do it alone. Shakti agrees.
Shiv says to Shakti that he took up a big responsibility and says from today onwards it is her responsibility to protect Karthik. Shakti says to Shiv that she knows he will never hurt Karthik. Shakti says to Shiv that now they should think about how to set up their room. Shiv says she has to set the room as she has destroyed the room. Shakti kisses Shiv on the cheek and thanks Shiv for listening to her and leaves from there. It is shown that Keertan is eavesdropping on their conversation.
Keertan recalls what happened and thinks about Shakti. Rimjim hugs Keertan from the back when he comes towards his room. Keertan sees Rimjim and thinks it is Shakti. Keertan hugs Rimjim and takes Shakti’s name. Rimjim asks Keertan why is he taking Shakti’s name when he is hugging her. Rimjim asks Keertan if what he said before is the truth. Keertan says to Rimjim that he is thinking about Shakti because he really hates her and comments on Shakti. Rimjim also agrees with Keertan that Shakti is really troubling everyone in the house. Rimjim asks Keertan not to worry and says she will get him into the mood. Keertan agrees.
Mandira comes to the kitchen and lashes out in the kitchen. Padma calms down Mandira. Mandira says to Padma that Shakti might have won the challenge of Karthik but she will win her challenge of making Shiv eat his food. Mandira asks Sundari to put this plate at Shiv’s table and says Shiv will eat this food. Sundari agrees and leaves from there. Padma asks Mandira how will she make Shiv eat this food as Shakti will definitely obstruct her. Mandira says she already made a plan for it and asks Padma not to worry about it.
Shiv comes to the kitchen and asks Mandira why did she call him. Mandira says to Shiv that she has decided to give all of his responsibility to Shakti from today onwards. Shiv asks Mandira why is she speaking like that. Mandira reminds Shiv that he got married to Shakti and Shakti really suspects her as she didn’t allow him to drink the milk given by her hand. Shiv asks Mandira not to mind Shakti and says she doesn’t know what she speaks half the time. Mandira asks Shiv if he will eat the food made by her. Shiv says he will only eat the food made by her today. Padma praises Mandira.
Shakti makes the food for everyone. Shakti asks Shiv to eat the food. Shiv says today he will eat the food made by Mandira. Mandira says once Shiv eats this food he will go to Bholenath. Shakti says to Shiv that today is her first kitchen ritual and her ritual will be absent if he doesn’t eat her food. Shiv says he will eat her food and he will also eat this food. Shakti says to Shiv that she will eat this food as she has never tried Mandira’s food. Shakti takes the plate from Shiv.
