The episode starts with Dua thinking about whatever happened in the hospital and suspects Gazal’s hand behind the incident. She suspects that Gazal is planning a major blow which could end up in putting a final nail in her relationship with Haider. She prays to God to help her crack Gazal. She notices Gazal sneaking out and follows her. She stops her and demands her to spill the beans about her plan. Gazal acts frustrated and says that she is not planning anything. She adds that she’s looking to move away to a far away place and Dua can live happily with Haider thereafter. She says the final thorn in her path is removed and asks her to celebrate it. She showers false accusations on Dua claiming herself innocent. Gazal leaves but Dua is still not convinced. Haider wakes up hearing Dua’s phone ringing. Dua comes to Haider to complain about Gazal but they get distracted by the phone call. Haider attends the call and is stunned immediately. Gazal keeps a close watch on them.
Dua kept asking him the reason while Gazal also watches it hiding. She fears that the wardboy would have spilled the beans and regrets for not killing him. Soon the whole family surrounds them asking what happened. Haider again makes a call to the doctor and hands the phone to Dua. Dua is equally emotional upon hearing the news from other side. She is on cloud nine. They shares their happiness with each other. Later, Dua finally reveals to her family that their efforts turned fruitful as she would get pregnant anytime soon making everyone happy. Hameeda and Hina hug and bless Dua. Gazal fumes in anger. On the other hand Hina, Rahath and Everyone congratulate Dua. Gazal fumes in anger and says that it should not happen as it’s her who should give good news to Haider first and leaves.
Haider jokes that Dua should stop calling him Haider now and Dua asks if he’s not happy when she calls his name. Haider says no and says that he wants her to call him their baby’s father. Everyone laughs hearing it while Ruhaan teases them. He recites a poem and congratulates Dus dancing with her. Suddenly Hina suffers memory loss again and scolds Ruhan. She sends everyone out and leaves cursing Dua. Dua gets upset and Haider consoles her. Dua Says that happiness and Hina’s memory both would return to their house only after Gazals exit.
