The episode starts with Ishaan trying to wake up Savi and giving CPR to her. Reeva and Nishikanth witness all of this. Reeva offers to do CPR. Ishaan says there is no time. Ishaan does CPR. Savi pukes water. Savi in her sleeping state says she needs to go to her family. Ishaan says to Reeva and Nishikanth that they have to take Savi to the hospital. Ishaan carries Savi in his arms and asks Reeva to go to open the car door. Reeva helps Ishaan.
Ishaan admits Savi in the hospital. The doctor checks Savi. A nurse comes to Ishaan and asks Ishaan to come to Harini’s room. Ishaan agrees and goes to Harini’s room to meet the doctor.
The doctor says to Ishaan that they have done what they could for Harini here. The doctor asks Ishaan to admit in Pune Hospital for further treatment if not she will not survive for long. Ishaan agrees.
Nishikanth says to Ishaan that he handled everything and asks Ishaan to come with him. Ishaan asks Nishikanth what does he means. Nishikanth says he paid hospital dues and he also talked to the hospital authority and they will take care of Savi and Harini. Nishikanth asks Ishaan to come with him. Ishaan says he isn’t going anywhere and reminds Nishikanth about Savi’s mental state. Ishaan says he needs to be here for Savi. Nishikanth tries to convince Ishaan to come with him but Ishaan stays firm on his decision.
Ishaan leaves from there. Reeva goes to Ishaan and comforts him. Reeva asks Ishaan if he wants to tell her something. Ishaan thinks Savi needs to know the truth before anyone else. Ishaan says he can’t tell her anything right now. Reeva agrees.
The nurse asks Ishaan to come to Savi as Savi is creating a lot of trouble and they can’t handle her. Ishaan agrees and comes to Savi.
The doctor handles Savi. Savi says she needs to go to her family. Ishaan says to doctor that he will handle Savi. The doctor leaves from there.
Ishaan says to Savi that she needs to accept the fact that her family aren’t there anymore. Ishaan reminds Savi that Harini is still alive and asks Savi if she doesn’t take care of Harini who will take care of her. Ishaan says to Savi that she needs to handle herself so that she can take care of Harini. Savi agrees.
Ishaan makes arrangements to take Harini to the Pune hospital. Savi comes and thanks Nishikanth and Reeva for being there for her. Reeva says to Savi that her college and them are always there for her.
Ishaan and Savi leave with Harini in the ambulance. Savi blames herself for her family’s demise. Savi apologises to Harini in the ambulance as she couldn’t save them. Ishaan reveals to Savi he is responsible for her family’s death. Ishaan notices Savi sleeping beside him after a while and understands Savi hasn’t heard anything. Ishaan wakes up Savi saying they have reached the hospital. Savi wakes up and makes sure Harini is safe. Savi says to Ishaan that Harini is only reason she is alive.

Precap:- Ishaan says to Reeva that he is so much worried about Savi’s family and says they should postpone the wedding. Reeva argues with Ishaan about it asking him how could he say something like this. Reeva says they will cancel this wedding.
