The episode starts with Shakti cheering up Shiv. Shakti says to Shiv that they should go as everyone is waiting for them. Shiv looks at Shakti and vows to Shakti in his heart that he will not allow his past to become her Shackles.
Mandira thinks everything is going to be destroyed in just a second. Padma thinks what will happen when Shakti knows the whole truth about Karthik and Gowri. Mandira says to Padma that both Shiv and Shakti will
misunderstand each other when the truth comes out as Shiv thinks he told the truth to Shakti but Shakti doesn’t even know an ounce of truth. Koyal praises Mandira. Padma, Koyal and Mandira leave from there.
Keertan overhears Mandira’s plan and apologises to Mandira in his heart as Shiv’s truth will come infront of Shakti not after the marriage but before the marriage.
Rimjim feels jealous seeing Shakti getting all the attention. Keertan looks at Mandira and thinks he is going to be one step ahead of her.
Shakti says to Shiv that she is feeling like their old friendship is back as he was looking troubled nowadays. Shiv says now there are no more troubles as she accepted him completely. Shakti says to Shiv that from today onwards all of his tension belongs to him and all of her love belongs to him.
Keertan starts his acting and flirts with Rimjim. Shakti decides to tell the truth to Shiv about what she is thinking about Keertan but Manorama interrupts Shakti and asks Shakti to prepare for the dance.
Shiv & Shakti , Keertan & Rimjim dance as pairs. Later everyone joins the dance. Nandu asks Keertan where is he going. Bhagwati says to Keertan that he is not allowed to go anywhere as today is his Mehandi. Keertan says to Bhagwati that there is an emergency patient and he needs to go to the hospital right away. Keertan apologises to Rimjim and cooks up a story.
Mandira and Shakti feel suspicious of Keertan’s behaviour. Mandira asks Keertan where is he going. Keertan says he can’t tolerate Rimjim anymore. Koyal also suggests Mandira to allow Keertan to leave.
Shiv comes and asks Mandira to allow Keertan to leave as he has a responsibility as a doctor. Keertan leaves from there. Shakti feels suspicious of Keertan as Keertan always runs away from an emergency patient.
