The episode starts with Surya allows Hakim to start the treatment of Shaurya. Hakim tells Surya that please allow him and Tara to do the treatment in private. Rajmata recognise that its Dhruv who disguise himself to Hakim. Surya ask Hakim that what kind of a condition he is keeping infront of him. Hakim tells Surya that he wants to do the treatment with full dedication and without any disturbance because the treatment has to be done with any distraction. Surya gives the permission to Hakim to start the treatment with Tara. Bhavosa tells Surya that she has calls all the pandits to organise a puja for Shaurya.
Surya tells his soldiers that he has believes that the Hakim will save his son but he wants from them to keep an eye on the Hakim.
Tara tells Dhruv that why he disguise himself and takes the risk. Dhruv tries to remove his beard but Tara stops him and tell him that he have to maintain this getup while entering the dispensary. Dhruv assure Tara and tell her to relax because he will save Shaurya like earlier he saves his brother. Hakim tells Tara that he needs some surgical items for which he have to 21st century to get it till then he gives a medicine to Tara to give Shaurya. Dhruv tells Tara to give the medicine whenever he wakes up because this will give him some relief from the trauma pain. Hakim tells Surya that the injury is very critical and he have to start the treatment immediately for which he required something because we have only 3 hrs left to save him. Surya tells Hakim to give him the list he will arrange the things. Hakim tells Surya that he have to go personally and pick up the things required for the treatment. Surya tells Hakim that he will also give with him. Rajmata gets worried. Hakim tells Surya that he have to stay with his family and support them in this difficult time. Tara tells Surya that he have to stay with them. Surya gives the permission to Hakim to get the things required for the treatment.
A soldier informs Bhavosa that Pandit ji has come to meet her. Pandit ji sees kundali of Shaurya. Bhavosa learns from Panditji that Shaurya conditions is very critical and we have only 3 hrs left to save him. Pandit ji suggests Bhavosa to arrange a puja immediately for Shaurya and that puja should be done from his father’s hand otherwise Shaurya’s life will be in danger. Surya tells Pandit ji that he is ready for the Puja . Tara thinks that Shaurya’s real father is Dhruv and She must involve Dhruv in the puja anyhow.
Dhruv arrives in 21st century to take the necessary things which is required for the treatment .
Dhruv arrives in 17th Century with the necessary things.
Bhavosa consoles everyone that Shaurya will be fine soon. Bhavosa tells Tara that Shaurya is getting shocks. Tara gives the medicine to Shaurya and tells Sukanya to get some water.
Surya thinks to meet Dhruv because he haven’t seen him from last few hours. Surya sees that Hakim enters Dhruv’s room and he begins to thinks.
Bheera asks Sona that where is she going. Sona tells Bheera that she is taking water for Shaurya. Bheera mix a poison in the water and tell her to give in the hand of Tara.
Surya enters the room and finds that Dhruv is sitting in the bed. Surya finds that Hakim is not present in the room so he asks Dhruv where is Hakim.
Bhavosa tells Tara that Shaurya is getting shocks and tells her to give the medicine to Shaurya. Tara gives the water mixed with poison to Shaurya.
Surya asks Dhruv that he saw Hak in his room. Dhruv tells Surya that he calls Hakim to give him some medicine. Surya asks Dhruv about his wounds. Dhruv tells Surya that he is fine . Surya thanks Dhruv again for saving Shaurya’s life. Surya tells Dhruv that he is slave for his entire life. Dhruv tells Surya that no to thank him because Shaurya is like his son. Surya praises Dhruv for his humanity. Surya tells Dhruv that he and the entire Devgarh will be thankful for him. Surya asks Dhruv that where is Hakim. Dhruv tells Surya that it’s the time of Hakim’s worship for he might be praying backside of the curtain. Surya wents to see Hakim but Dhruv stops him and tells him that Hakim has requested not to disturb him. Surya tells Dhruv that prayer are also needed with the treatment.
Bheera watches with Sona and Chandi that why Shaurya is not yet dead.
Pandit ji tells Surya that he has extract mustard oil from his hand for the Puja .Surya tells Pandit ji that he is ready for any hard work for Shaurya.
Tara give the mustard seeds and Surya begins to extract the oil . Tara thinks Dhruv should also extract the oil ans should be present in the puja. Surya tells that he can sacrifice his life for Shaurya.
Hakim starts the treatment and assures Shaurya that the magician will not let him anything happens to him. Surya assures Shaurya that his father will not let him anything happens to him. Bheera thinks that to this time his plan will not failed .
Precap-Dhruv tells Tara that Shaurya requires blood but Tara’s blood doesn’t match with Shaurya. Tara tells Dhruv to match his blood and Dhruv’s blood group matches with Shaurya.
