Episode starts with Yuvika seeking the elder’s blessings. Bhanu prays to Lord for Yuvika’s wellbeing. Ruhi goes missing and everyone looks worried. Gargi gets an information from the doctor that she didn’t have any appointment today. Bhoomi calls the security and gets to know that Ruhi had been roaming around in the lawn all night and then stood quietly in front of the gate. Since she wasn’t saying anything, the security thought that she wanted to go out so they opened the gate for her. Bhoomi tells this to Gargi.
Gargi calls Dj and informs that Ruhi went out somewhere early morning and asks him to call Ruhi and know where she is. Dj tells Gargi that she must have gone out for a walk and asks her not to disturb her regarding all these issues. Dj gets ready for the board meeting and happily looks into the mirror and praises himself for being the next chairman. Dhanraj checks the CCTV footage of the previous night and rebukes Dj for not taking care of Ruhi. He warns him that if God forbid anything happens to Ruhi the entire blame would come up on Dj and he would lose the chair before having it. Dj asks Dhanraj to relax and come for the meeting since he knows what he is doing. Bhoomi calls Yuvika and informs that Ruhi is missing. Yuvika says she would check on her.
The board members wait for Yuvika while Yuvika looks for Ruhi on the road. Neel calls Yuvika but she doesn’t answer because she tensedly drive the car and looks for Ruhi. As Bhanu asks Vidur to check on Yuvika why she is late, Kabir arrives and says that Yuvika won’t join the meeting today. Yuvika finds Ruhi walking in between the road and is almost about to be hit by the car. She saves her from the accident and takes her to the hospital. Kabir asks Vidur what his rule book says about the chairperson being late. Vidur says that the rule book says that after all the board members arrive, the convener is supposed to be given a grace time of fifteen minutes.
Yuvika admits Ruhi in the hospital. Bhoomi arrives at the hospital so Yuvika asks Bhoomi to take care of Ruhi while she leaves for the meeting. Yuvika’s fifteen minute grace time begins. Yuvika informs Neel that she’ll be there in the next ten minutes and asks him to handle the situation. The doctor checks Ruhi and asks Bhoomu to wait till the reports come since she is still unconscious. Yuvika breaks a traffic signal to reach office on time. A peon at the Mahajan office informs Kabir to message him and his work would be done.
Yuvika informs Neel that she is in the parking lot and will arrive in a moment. Kabir texts someone. Yuvika enters the lift and suddenly the lift stops. Yuvika’s mobile network also goes off. Neel goes out of the boardroom to check on her. Kabir warns about the remaining three minutes. Yuvika shouts for help from inside the lift. Kabir ends the countdown and says that the meeting would now start without her. Kabir welcomes all the board members and introduces himself. Kabir proposes a no-confidence motion against Yuvika. Episode ends.
