Episode starts with the conversation Payal and Baldev. Baldev gets fired for the thoughtless behaviour of Payal. Payal justifies her action which doesn’t make any sense. She adjoins if she wouldn’t have come out as Kaveri, Amma night kill Krishna. She also mentions the history of Amma ji that her husband used to love a lady, Kaveri. Sakshi criticizes the character of Amm’s husband and Krishna as they both indulge themselves in extra marital affair. Indu asks Sakshi to keep her mouth shut.
Baldev interrogates Payal how did she come to know about this plan when they kept it secret. He also questions her how did she get the real bullet instead of the false. But Payal says she doesn’t know anything about these. Niku also asks Payal how did the knife was changed instead of false the knife. Everyone doubts Payal for this action. Sakshi blames Payal for all these things. Indu asks Sakshi to find out the real culprit.
Sakshi says she has already arranged everything so that she could keep her eyes on Payal. She gives the cctv footage to Indu which threatens Payal. When Sakshi and Vikram both start the laptop to show the footage, they couldn’t do watch anything. Shakshi is asked by Bikram whether she switched on the camera. Sakshi becomes puzzled with the question. Actually, Payal saw that Sakshi is fitting the cctv. Later, she spoilt everything.
Krishna tries to keep Bindiya awaken, he tries his best to make her awaken, but slowly she loses her sense. After few hours, Amma gets back her sense and recalls what she has done with Bindiya. She breaks down in tears realising that she has killed Bindiya or Kaveri. She repents a lot. Baldev tries to calm her down but Durga Devi repeatedly asks about Bindiya. Baldev promises they will bring Bindiya back. Later, the doctor assures that Durga has gotten the stability back which makes surprised Baldev. Baldev assures his mom that Krishna wouldn’t let Bindiya die, somehow he will bring her back.
A doctor is brought to treat Bindiya asap. The village doctor couldn’t believe that Bindiya is about to lose her life. All the villagers pray for her and hope that she will get her life very soon. Krishna requests the doctor to give her life back. The doctor burns the knife so that it wouldn’t infect the body anymore. The operation gets started. The doctor pulls out all the bullets from her body one by one and bandages his wound.

Precap : the village doctor will alert Krishna that Bindiya might suffer from fever, so he have to be careful about it. Later, Bindiya will try to put sindur on her forehead, but she couldn’t use her left hand. Krishna will put sindur on her head. At the same time, Payal will reach there.
