The episode starts Gazal sneaking into Akhthar’s house. She entered into Haider’s room. She notices Dua and Haider sleeping together. Gazal thinks that she is sleeping well after snatch her happiness from her. She is going to snatch her happiness from her life now. She prevents the flower vase fall down. Gazal takes the knife in her hand. She is going to take the revenge today. She has to die today. Gazal is about to stab her. She says that she shouldn’t die like this. She is her enemy. She has to cry life long. Her life will turns to stone. She goes near Haider. She says that she loves Haider a lot. She is just Dua’s lover. But Haider is her obsession. Obsession wins over the love. She tried to get him in her life. But Dua didn’t allowed to get him. She has to learn to live without Haider. Gazal stabs Haider and vented out her anger on him. Dua wakes up and cries. She shouts for help. Dua is shocked to see the blood in her hand. Gazal congratulates her. She says that she snatched everything from her.
Dua starts shouting in fear. Haider wakes up in her noise. She asks him if he alright? He assures her that he is alright. He hugs her to console her. Dua realises that she dreamt of Gazal. Dua says that the police is still searching for her. She has to accept that Gazal left from their life. Haider asks her not to worry about anything. She will fall sick if she think about her. Haider says that a little soul living in her womb. Haider caresses her belly. He kissed on her belly. He is teasing Dua. Dua holds his ear. She said to her baby that she isn’t scared. She worried about her family. If his father is with her then she can handle everything. Haider wipes her tears. Haider says that he needs a small Dua. Dua says that may be it’s a boy. Mom is also on her side.
Haider says that he is damn sure he will get a beautiful girl. He needs another Dua. She will be the beautiful girl in this world. He feels kick on her belly. He says that she is kicking him. He thought she will be a business woman like him. But she will be a footballer it seems. Dua laughs hearing it. Dua and Haider are spending a happy time together. Someone knocked on their door. Haider opens the door. Ruhan says to Haider that Kaynaat got delivery pain. We are taking her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Haider taking Kaynaat to the hospital. Dua consoling Kaynaat. Hafeez shouts seeing it. Kaynaat slaps Hafeez. He asks her why she slapped her. Kaynaat says that he is the reason to her state. Everyone laughs hearing it. The doctor checks Kaynaat and says that she is going to become a mom. They takes Kaynaat from there. Dua asks Hafeez why he is scared. Hafeez says that Kaynaat is in pain. If she can bear that pain. Hafeez says that he can get the pain instead of her. Dua laughs at him.
Haider says that he is right. When it comes to Dua he will be in the same position. Dua laughs at him. She says that he is carrying the baby and going to deliver it. He is worrying about the pain. Dua consoles him. Everyone worries about Kaynaat when she shouted. Dua says that it’s not easy to give a birth to a baby. But she will forget her pain when she see that little baby. Gulnaaz and Rahat comes there. He asks her why didn’t she called him? She says that Gulnaaz needs time to do the makeup. The doctor says that Kaynaat gave birth to a boy. But baby isn’t responding to them. He isn’t crying. The doctor says that it seems the baby won’t survive. They are shocked to hear it.
