The episode starts with Bhagwati asking the decorators to do all of the decoration quickly. Shiv asks Bhagwati not to worry and says everything will be done on time. Bhagwati asks Shiv why hasn’t he slept till now. Shiv says he couldn’t sleep. Bhagwati teases Shiv hearing this.
Mandira notices Shakti’s gift in Nandu’s hand. Mandira asks Nandu what is this. Nandu says Shakti sent a gift to Shiv. Mandira says to Nandu that she will first check it out what it is. Mandira goes to a side and opens the gift wrap. Nandu comes to Mandira and says to Mandira about Shiv giving Shakti his world. Nandu explains to Mandira that Shiv prepared a doll house with all of his family in it. Mandira asks Nandu if Karthik is in the doll house. Nandu says yes. Mandira hearing this gets worried about it. Mandira asks Nandu to go and says she will give this gift to Shiv. Nandu agrees and leaves from there.
Mandira asks Padma to go and take out Karthik’s photo from that doll house. Padma agrees. Padma leaves from there.
Mandira sees that it is Shakti’s family photo but she doesn’t notice Gowri in Shakti’s family photo. Mandira asks Sundari to put this photo in Shiv’s room. Sundari agrees and takes the photo.
Bhagwati asks Shiv to go to sleep. Shiv says he can’t sleep and comments on it.
Keertan decides not to give up his plan that easily. Keertan decides to use Karthik to stop ShivShakti’s wedding. Keertan calls Karthik’s teacher and tells her what to do. The teacher says the work will be done. The teacher looks at Karthik.
Manorama asks Shakti to go to sleep. Shakti says she can’t go to sleep. Shakti and Manorama talk to each other. Manorama and Shakti decide to see Shiv’s doll house.
Manorama and Shakti look at all of the family members one by one. Padma comes to Shakti’s house. Padma begs Shakti to allow Nandu to meet Shiv and talk to Shiv. Padma says Nandu’s whole world is Shiv and says if she keeps Nandu away from Shiv then she might lose his son. Manorama tries to explain to Padma that Shakti isn’t like that but Padma acts as if she got an asthma attack. Manorama goes to get water. Shakti goes to get a first aid kit.
Padma takes this chance and takes Karthik’s photo from the doll house. Padma also takes her photo. Shakti returns and asks Padma what is in her hand. Padma says nothing. Shakti asks Padma if she took something from the doll house. Manorama brings water.
Padma swallows Karthik and her photo and drinks water. Shakti questions Padma how could she eat paper. Padma says she sometimes does it when she is tensed. Padma tries to leave but Shakti stops Padma and asks Padma how could she eat paper. Manorama says to Shakti that Dr Shiv is calling her. Padma later leaves from there making up a reason.
Shiv asks Shakti how is his gift. Shakti says she really loved his gift. Shiv says to Shakti that she doesn’t know about a few of his family members. Shakti thinks who is Shiv talking about.
