The episode starts with Kavya fighting the goons. One of the goons hit Kavya from the back and they try to overpower her.
Radhika and Adi come to the nursing home. Radhika signals his man. Adi gives Radhika’s file to her.
Amanpreet comes and rescues Kavya. Kavya and Amanpreet fight the goons together. The goons see the police coming so they try to escape. One of the goons elbow Amanpreet and escapes from her.
Kavya sees that Amanpreet needs treatment right away. Kavya takes Amanpreet to the hospital. Mukund scolds his goons and asks them to go underground.
Kavya brings Amanpreet to the hospital. Adi sees Kavya and Amanpreet and he helps them.
Amanpreet goes into the operation theatre. Adi comes to a nurse and says to nurse that Kavya is hurt and asks the nurse to bandage Kavya. The nurse agrees and leaves from there.
Radhika asks the reporters how many reporters are coming. The reporters says 3 people are coming. Radhika agrees and sends him away.
Kavya asks the nurse what is Adi doing here. The nurse says Adi came here with his wife. Kavya says she might be mistaken. The nurse says she can talk to them.
Kavya comes to Radhika. Kavya notices the bracelet on Radhika’s hand. Kavya recalls that Radhika is the one who put her aside. The nurse comes and says to Kavya that Amanpreet delivers a baby boy.
Radhika says to Adi that she is not pregnant. The reporters come to the hospital as the collector got attacked. One of the reporters notices that Adi and Radhika. The reporters starts bombarding Adi and Radhika with questions. They ask Adi if he is having an affair with Radhika. Adi takes Radhika away from there.
Kavya sees in the news about Adi and Radhika. Kavya learns that Radhika is Mukund Pandey’s daughter. Kavya thinks she needs to tell Adi about Radhika.
Adi and Radhika return home. Giriraj questions Adi about him taking Radhika to the hospital. Giriraj shows the news to Adi how everyone is talking about them. Malini asks Radhika why did she take Adi and says she would have come with her. A reporter calls Giriraj and asks Giriraj if Adi made Radhika pregnant. Giriraj argues with the reporter and says to the reporter that Adi and Radhika are soon going to be married.
In Giriraj’s office, Adi refuses to marry Giriraj and argues with him. Giriraj asks Adi if he is doing this because of Kavya. Adi comments on it.
Amanpreet asks Kavya to name his kid as she saved her. Kavya agrees. Amanpreet later gives bad news to Kavya that the illicit liquor they found is handed over to the police as it is now a criminal case and says Mukund Pandey is the one who reopened that route.
Omi comes to Adi and tries to convince Adi saying Kavya is moving on in her life and he also needs to move on in his life. Omi shows Kavya’s profile in matrimony site as proof and asks Adi to confirm if this is true. Adi calls Mayank and asks Mayank about it. Mayank asks Rajiv about the matrimony site. Rajiv says he put it with Kavya’s consent. Adi feels heart broken hearing this.
It is shown Giriraj convinces Rajiv to put Kavya’s profile in a matrimony site.
Adi sees Mukund Pandey lashing out at Radhika. A servant comes and says Kavya is here.
