The episode starts with Shakti accusing Bhagwati of hiding the truth from her. Shakti says to Nandu that she thought at least Nandu would tell the truth to her but she never thought he also would betray her. Shakti questions each member of Kashyap Sadan why did they lie to her. Shakti says to Shiv that the one who betrayed her the most is Dr Shiv. Shakti asks Shiv why did he lie to her as they were friends before. Mandira thinks the bomb will blast right now. Shiv asks Shakti to shut up and says he caught her trying to throw Karthik downstairs and now she is giving him a lecture of right and wrong. Shakti comments on Dr Shiv. Shakti accuses Dr Shiv of hiding the truth from her.
Rimjim says to Shakti that there might be a misunderstanding. Shakti asks Rimjim if she was misunderstanding Shiv then who is Karthik.
Mandira asks Keertan if he still thinks that her plan will not work. Keertan apologises to Mandira and says she is the best. Mandira says she knows she is the best.
Shiv asks Shakti what is the truth that he hid from her. Shakti says he hid the truth that he is married and he has a son with his first marriage. Shiv argues with Shakti that he told the whole truth to her. Shakti argues with Shiv that he neither nor his family never told the truth to her. Mandira asks Shiv what is happening. Shakti asks Shiv if he will hit her. Shiv says he will not hit her but he will kill himself. Shiv hits his head to the wall. Karthik asks Shiv not to do it. Shiv asks Karthik to stay away from him.
Raghunath and Kamalnath hold off Shiv. Mandira asks Keertan to go and bring the injection. Keertan brings the injection and injects Shiv with the medicine. Shakti gets shocked witnessing all of this.
