Episode starts with, Kabir demanding his share of the Mahajan group as her eldest son. Bhoomi understands that his only motive is the Mahajan wealth and Yuvika’s shares. She comes and tells all this to Yuvika and Neel. Yuvika says that she had already contemplated this beforehand but they need to know who is backing Kabir. Bhoomi says that Gargi, Dj and Dhanraj must be the ones who are supporting Kabir in this for increasing their share in the Mahajan company.
Dj and Kabir are seen celebrating while drinking together. Dj tells Kabir that he did the right thing since Bhoomi is an emotional fool who would surely give up their 25% share for her kids but they need to be careful about Yuvika. Yuvika tells Bhoomi that they should give up their shares. She says that they would do only what they want them to do. She tells Bhoomi that if she agrees to this they would be surprised at first but they would have to make them believe that Bhoomi is giving their shares to them being emotional. According to her, if Gargi believes in this once it would be very easy for them to know their plan. Yuvika says they would also need Vidur’s help.
Dj tells Kabir the next plan. He says that as soon as Kabir gets the shares he would transfer the entire funds to Dj for which he would give 1 crore each to Kabir for each percent of share. Bhoomi calls Kabir and tells him that she has agreed to give them their shares. Neel hits Gargi at their house with a bag in his hand. Gargi asks him to show the bag. Yuvika sees everything from upstairs and wonders what would happen if they get caught. Neel opens the bag and shows her a cake that he baked for Yuvika to cheer her up. Gargi lets him go.
He goes upstairs and takes out a device from under the cake. Their plan is to put the device in Gargi and DJ’s phone so that they can trace their calls. Neel says that the challenge is they would need their phones to do this. As Bhoomi does puja and goes to give the aarti to Bhanu and tries to touch his feet, Bhanu doesn’t let her do it and refuses to bless her. He says that this is the first time he is not able to bless her and is in deep pain for it. He says what she has been for him for so long and how her acts have demolished his trust in a moment.
Bhanu blames Bhoomi for cheating on his brother. It hurts Bhoomi. Gargi comes down and tries to spice up the situation and takes pity on Bhanu for trusting her so much. Dhanraj and Gargi further take advantage of the situation and instigate Bhanu against her. Bhoomi feels broken and hurt and ends up crying. Yuvika consoles her and says that Bhanu doesn’t know the truth so she must not take it by heart.
