The episode starts with the doctor saying to Savi that right now Harini’s condition is stable. The doctor asks Savi to take proper care of Harini and leaves from there.
Kiran comes and asks Savi to have some water. Kiran apologises to Savi for blaming her for Chavan’s family death and Harini’s condition. Kiran says he knows her family is everything to her. Kiran asks Savi to give him permission to stay here and take care of Harini. Kiran says to Savi that he wants to make up for his sins by taking care of Harini. Kiran says he can also give her blood if he stays here. Savi hearing this allows Kiran to stay here and take care of Harini.
Ishaan and Reeva are shown to be doing Haldi ceremony. The Bhosle family and Reeva’s family celebrate Ishaan and Reeva’s Haldi ceremony.
Kiran asks Savi to go and freshen up and says he will take care of Harini. Savi agrees to go at Kiran’s insistence.
Kiran makes sure that Harini is unconscious and is not able to speak. Kiran later reveals his evil scheme to Harini saying he only gave his blood to Harini to change his image in front of Savi. Kiran says to Harini that right now he is an angel as he gave blood to her and saved her life. Kiran says to Harini that her chance of survival is really low. Kiran says after she dies the case on him will be taken aback and he will be free. Kiran says then he will get close to Savi as Ishaan killed her whole family and he is only living relative to take care of Savi. Kiran says he will marry Savi and fulfill all of his wishes. Kiran sees his mother and goes to talk to her.
Harini regains consciousness and recalls what happened and thinks Ishaan is responsible for her family death.
Savi prays to God. A flying flower falls over Savi’s shoulder. The flying flower also falls over Ishaan’s shoulder. Ishaan recalls the words said by Shukla that he is going to get married soon if a dandelion flower falls on his shoulder. Ishaan blows away the dandelion flower.
Durva and Avni take pictures with Ishaan. Surekha says to Durva and Avni that they have to take Uptan to Reeva. Ishaan stops Surekha and says to Surekha that he would like to take Uptan to Reeva with his own hands. Surekha agrees. Ishaan brings Uptan to Reeva with his own hands.
