The episode starts with Bhoomi saying to Yuvika that Gargi has scolded Dada babu using this chance. Bhoomi says to Yuvika that she can’t stand this. Bhoomi says to Yuvika that Dada Babu used to think of her as his pride but now he can’t meet her eye to eye. Yuvika comforts Bhoomi and says once they expose Dj then Dada Babu will forgive them and asks Bhoomi not to worry. Bhoomi agrees.
Bhoomi brings orange juice to Gargi. Gargi asks Bhoomi why did she bring orange juice for her. Bhoomi says she just brought is casually. Gargi thinks Bhoomi brought orange juice to her as an apology gesture and comments on it. Bhoomi spills orange juice on Gargi and apologises to Gargi. Gargi goes to wash the juice stain. Bhoomi signals Yuvika. Yuvika comes into Gargi’s room and inserts the Tracking device app in Gargi’s phone. Gargi returns after a while. Bhoomi distracts Gargi saying there is still juice left on her cheek. She goes to wash it. Yuvika installs the app and leaves from there. Yuvika sees Dhanraj coming and she hides from him.
Neel pours water over the floor. DJ slips and falls on the floor. DJ asks who poured water over here. Yuvika and Neel act as if they care for Dj. Yuvika says to Dj that she will dry his phone as it has become wet. DJ shouts at Yuvika and asks Yuvika to give back his phone. Yuvika installs the tracking device over DJ’s phone. Neel distracts Dj. Yuvika later gives the phone to DJ after installing the app.
Neel and Yuvika overhear Gargi and Dj talking to each other over Bluetooth. Neel and Yuvika notice the noise in the blue tooth so they go to Yuvika’s room to hear DJ and Gargi’s conversation.
DJ says to Gargi that once Bhoomi gives the shares to Kabir he will transfer those shares under his name and Bhoomi and Yuvika will be out of our lives. Gargi praises Dj and says now Bhoomi will never get out of their trap.
Yuvika and Neel only hear Bhoomi will never get out of their trap. Neel says this is not enough to prove anything. Yuvika says they should have patience to get the evidence. Neel hopes that they will get the evidence before Bhoomi transfers the shares to Kabir.
Bhoomi takes the papers from Vidhur. Vidhur asks Bhoomi to rethink her decision. Bhoomi says she doesn’t have a choice and is about to sign on the documents. Dada babu asks Vidhur and Bhoomi about the documents.
Bhoomi says she is giving her shares to Kabir Oberoi for her kids safety. Dada babu doesn’t agree to it and tries to stop Bhoomi but Bhoomi stands firm on her decision. Bhoomi later leaves from there. Dhanraj and Gargi witness all of this from upstairs.
Dada babu thinks Mahajan group is going to be destroyed. Dhanraj and Gargi come and comment on Bhoomi. Dj says he has a plan that the shares will stay in their family and says he hired detectives to follow Kabir and says they will get chance to throw him in jail soon.

Precap:- Yuvika stops Bhoomi from going to meet Kabir alone saying she is feeling a bad omen. Bhoomi asks Yuvika not to worry.
DJ says he hired a hitman and once the papers are exchanged it’s game over.
