The episode starts with Hetal revealing to Dhruvi that she will not allow her relationship with Kabir to happen. Hetal leaves from there. Ambica overhears all of their conversation.
Ambica comes to Dhruvi. Ambica comforts Dhruvi saying she heard everything. Ambica says she is not against love but her marriage with Kabir couldn’t happen. Dhruvi asks Ambica if she also thinks there is something wrong with Kabir. Ambica says there is nothing wrong with Kabir. Hetal says there is something wrong with Kabir and says it is that Kabir’s status will never match the Rajgaur family and his status in their house is only that of a worker. Hetal also pleads Ambica not to give any false hopes to Dhruvi that she couldn’t keep it. Ambica decides to talk to Kabir about it.
Kabir asks Ambica why did she call him this suddenly to the temple. Ambica says so that he will not lie to her. Ambica asks Kabir how could he start a new relationship with Dhruvi as she thought he loves Kesar. Kabir says to Ambica that Dhruvi might have gotten emotional. Kabir says to Ambica what happened between him and Dhruvi. Ambica apologises to Kabir for misunderstanding him. Kabir later drops Ambica at her home. Kesar is shown to be giving Aarthi to God. Kabir, Ambica and Suraj notice Kesar feeling dizzy.
Suraj catches Kesar when she is about to fall. Ambica sees that Kesar has a lot of fever. Suraj helps Kesar sleep in the bed. Suraj asks Kabir what is he doing here. Kabir says he came here to drop Ambica as he met Ambica in the temple. Suraj asks Kabir to leave as Kesar needs rest. Ambica says she will stay here to take care of Kesar as Suraj and Kesar have to be seperated for 21 days. Leela says the kids are mature and says they know their limits. Leela asks Ambica to allow Suraj to take care of Kesar. Leela takes Ambica away from there. Suraj closes the door on Ambica’s face.
Leela sees Ambica sleeping right outside Kesar’s room worrying about her. Leela thinks she needs to remind Ambica of her duty as mother in law.
Leela comes to her husband and says to him that Ambica used to love Suraj so much she would never let him out of his sight in the past but now she is not able to trust him. Leela thinks she has to remind Ambica of her duty as mother in law if not she might lose Suraj and he might even leave the family. Leela thinks she will not allow this to happen. Leela decides to be strict with Ambica.
Dhruvi comes to Kabir’s home to return his shirt. Shakuntala seeing the shirt jumps to conclusions thinking something happened in between him and Dhruvi. Kabir comes and gives clarity to Shakuntala. Shakuntala later leaves from there. Kabir says to Dhruvi that she is never going to get what she is expecting. Dhruvi argues with Kabir and says to Kabir she will not give up on her love that easily. Dhruvi later leaves from there.
Ambica wakes up the next day. Ambica bangs on the door. Suraj opens the door. Ambica doesn’t see Kesar. Ambica asks Suraj what did he do to Kesar. Kesar comes out of the washroom and says she is fine. Ambica asks Kesar how is she. Kesar says to Ambica how Suraj took care of her the whole night. Suraj says to Ambica that no matter how much he tries he will always be useless to her. Suraj later goes to sleep.
Kesar comes out of the room and finds Ambica’s earring and asks Ambica what is her earring doing here. Ambica says she was here worrying about her. Kesar gets emotional hearing this. Kesar and Ambica talk about Suraj. Leela says to Ambica and Kesar that Suraj’s fight is only for his right and for his mother’s love. Leela says to Kesar that if she wants Suraj and Ambica to get together then she needs to move away and give that right to Suraj. Leela says she needs to call Ambica mother in law. Leela says to Ambica that she also needs to show her trust to Suraj as her son and Kesar as her daughter in law. Kesar agrees to it.
