The episode starts with Savi asking the doctor how is her sister. The doctor says they are trying to stabilise Harini’s condition but Harini is not responding to their medicine. Savi pleads the doctor to do something. The doctor says they are going to inject this injection right into Harini’s heart and says this is the last hope. The doctor does it but Harini doesn’t respond. The doctor says to Savi that she should speak to Harini right now and says Harini will not live for long. Savi begs Harini not to leave her. Ishaan recalls Harini’s words. Ishaan puts his hand over Savi’s head. Ishaan holds Savi’s hand. Ishaan takes Savi away from there. Savi tries to get her hand of Ishaan’s hold. Ishaan grips Savi’s hand really tightly.
Sindhur falls on the floor while they were walking. Both of Ishaan and Savi’s footprints fall in Sindhur.
The pandit’s disciple says to other devotees that today is VittalRukmayi’s wedding day and says today whose marriage happens will be together for Seven lives.
Ishaan brings Savi to the temple. Ishaan and Savi see VittalRukmayi’s wedding happening right infront of them. Ishaan lights up the Havan and takes Phere with Savi. The Pandit’s disciple records all of this through his phone. Savi says to Ishaan that he is doing wrong and asks Ishaan to leave her hand. Ishaan recalls about Reeva. Ishaan recalls the promise he made about taking care of Reeva.
It is shown VittalRukmayi’s wedding is completed. Ishaan brings Savi to the God. Ishaan takes the Sindhur and puts it in Savi’s Maang.
Reeva looks at the Mangalsutra and thinks of Ishaan. Swati says this Mangalsutra is selected by Surekha and asks Reeva if it is beautiful. Reeva says it’s beautiful.
Ishaan takes the Mangalsutra in his hands. Reeva accidentally breaks the Mangalsutra. Ishaan puts the Mangalsutra around Savi’s neck. The pandit records all of this in his phone. Kiran witnesses all of this from afar. Ishaan and Savi are shown to be taking Phere again. The main Pandit says that VittalRukmayi’s marriage has been completed.
The pandit’s disciple comes and says to main Pandit that Ishaan and Savi also got married along with Vittal and Rukmani and says all of it is recorded in the video. The main Pandit says they chose a really auspicious date to get married and says now no one can stop their marriage from being a succcess. The main Pandit says they will be together in every life.
