The episode starts with Reyansh stopping Aradhana, who is going somewhere. Aradhana inquires with Reyansh about the blood arrangements. Reyansh informs her that the blood has been arranged. Aradhana thanks Reyansh, but Reyansh insults Jai in return. Aradhana gets upset, so she scolds him. Reyansh tries to get into an argument with her. Neeta arrives there, and she gives money to Aradhana for Bhakti’s treatment. Aradhana questions Neeta for having a huge amount. Neeta gives her an excuse of her account being unfreezed. Reyansh rejects Neeta’s help for Aradhana, saying that he will take care of the expenses because Aradhana is his employee. Aradhana thanks him also she suggests him to leave. Reyansh obliges.
Neeta insists Aradhana return home and she will take care of Bhakti. Aradhana gives into her request, and she leaves the place. Neeta enters Bhakti’s treatment room. She sends the nurse out. She then asks an unconscious Bhakti why the latter is still alive. She then decides to kill her by removing the IV, but Reyansh arrives there, which startles Neeta. Reyansh tells her that as a reporter, it’s his responsibility to enquire about this accident. He also claims about noticing the car also there is a witness to this accident. Neeta gets nervous, but she pretends to encourage Reyansh to find out the culprit. Reyansh suggests staying by Bhakti’s side along with Neeta. Neeta makes up an excuse and leaves. Aradhana, who notices the prescription, is with her, so she returns to Bhakti’s room where she sees Reyansh is with her, so she questions him. Reyansh gives her an excuse of deciding to stay beside Neeta to help her take care of Bhakti. Aradhana informs him about sending Neeta home. She decides to stay with Bhakti along with Reyansh.
Both Reyansh and Aradhana stay outside Bhakti’s room. Reyansh persuades Aradhana to have food, but the latter refuses. He ends up convincing Aradhana, saying she has to stay strong to take care of Bhakti. He also constantly assures her that Bhakti will recover soon. Aradhana feels strange about the attack on Bhakti that too two times within a day. Reyansh requests her not to worry about it. Aradhana falls asleep.
The next day, cops arrived there at the hospital to inquire about Bhakti’s accident. Aradhana leaves the place to take a call. She then notices Bhakti called Reyansh first, then only she has called her, which makes her confused. Meanwhile, Reyansh notices a hotel card where Jai was in the previous night. He wonders the reason behind Jai lying about his whereabout the previous night. He raises the questions about the same to Aradhana. Aradhana tries to defend Jai but fails. Reyansh challenges Aradhana to prove her wrong. Aradhana gets upset.
There, Jai agrees to deliver the parcel to Neeta’s friend to Neeta and then leaves. Aradhana notices Jai left one of the parcels in the house itself, so she takes it with her to hand over to Jai, which worries Neeta. Reyansh follows Jai. He sees Jai’s interactions with two other guys. Jai leaves. Reyansh sees the banned medicine is inside the box, so he feels Jai is involved in this scam. Aradhana reaches the place with a box. One of the guys fires a bullet towards her, which shocks Aradhana.
Precap: Reyansh and Aradhana see Jai and Baani in a hotel room. Both Jai and Reyansh get into a fight. Reyansh finds evidence against Jai, who has a connection with Bhakti’s accident.
