Episode begins with Kaashvi informs Aditya that she is in city hospital because Karun is not well. Aditya tells everything to Dadi. He asks her to get ready and reach the engagement venue.
In the hospital, Jagdish asks Kaashvi that how is Karun. Kaashvi tells him that Karun is fine now. She asks Mahima that how can the latter leave Karun alone when he had fever. And asks why Mahima gave overdose medicine to Karun. Mahima tells Kaashvi that she gave single dose medicine only. Kaashvi tells Mahima that the latter is lying. She says that Doctor said Karun could have slipped into temporary coma because of over dose medicine. Everyone gets shocked hearing this.
Arjun scolds Mahima. He asks her that how can she give over dose medicine to Karun to go for shopping. He says that Mahima is selfish and liar. Mahima tells him that she is not lying. She says that she gave single dose only. She asks Romila to tell Arjun. Romila tells Arjun that she have one dose to Karun and she did not knew Mahima already gave medicine to Karun.
Nurse tells them that Karun regained his consciousness. They goes inside. Mahima says that she is glad Karun is fine. Kaashvi asks Karun that whether the latter is fine. Karun tells her that she is there so nothing will happen to him. He hugs her ( Title song plays in the background ). Mahima thinks that Karun and Kaashvi don’t know they are mother and son still bonding like this. She asks doctor about Karun’s discharge. Doctor tells her that they can take Karun home. Jagdish tells thanks to Kaashvi for saving Karun. Kaashvi goes out of the room.
Aditya hugs Kaashvi and asks her that whether she is fine. Kaashvi tells him that she is fine. Jagdish and Mahima congratulates Aditya. Aditya asks Arjun that whether the latter won’t congratulate him. Arjun wishes Kaashvi a happy life. Aditya tells Kaashvi that they should leave. Kaashvi tells him that she will come after using washroom. She goes to washroom. Aditya goes to parking area.
Arjun goes to washroom and asks Kaashvi whether she really going to marry Aditya. Kaashvi tells him that she loves Aditya and she want to move on in her life with Aditya. She asks him to focus on his family. Arjun tells her that she loves him and they are destined to live together. He says that Kaashvi’s engagement won’t happen with Aditya. She tells him that her engagement will happen with Aditya in front of the latter and leaves from there.
Later, Kaashvi gets ready for her engagement. Arjun tells Kaashvi that this engagement won’t happen. She tells him to leave from there. He notices green outfit and asks her that whether she is going to wear his favorite colour green. She tells him that she will wear yellow colour outfit because yellow is Aditya’s favorite colour. He throws juice on yellow outfit deliberately. She gets shocked seeing this.
