The episode starts with the Pandit’s disciple coming and saying to the main Pandit that Ishaan and Savi also got married along with Vittal and Rukmayi and says all of it is recorded in the video. The main Pandit says they chose a really auspicious date to get married and says now no one can stop their marriage from being a success. The main Pandit says they will be together in every life. The main Pandit asks Savi to have the Prashad. Ishaan takes the Prashad. Savi leaves from there.
Reeva thinks this couldn’t happen. Swati asks Reeva not to get stressed and says they will make a new Mangalsutra. Reeva says to Surekha that she didn’t do this intentionally. Surekha says they will do a new one and asks Reeva not to get stressed.
Ishaan asks Savi to stop. Ishaan gets a call and he stops to take it. The doctor tries to save Harini but she doesn’t respond to the treatment. Harini leaves her last breath. Savi enters Harini’s room. The doctor says she is no more. Savi comes to Harini and begs Harini to wake up and says she is the only family left for her. Savi recalls Harini’s words. Savi says to Harini that Savi married Ishaan just like she asked her. Savi asks Harini to wake up to give her blessings to Savi and Ishaan. Savi says Ishaan is also here. The doctor announces the time of death at 3:40 pm. The doctor leaves from there. Savi rests her head over Harini.
Ishaan sees that Harini’s heart is beating again on the monitor. Ishaan calls the doctor saying that Harini is alive. The doctor comes and checks Harini’s vitals. The doctor says to Savi and Ishaan that it is really a miracle that Harini came to life after death. Savi feels elated hearing this.
Reeva worries about her Mangalsutra breaking. The Bhosle family comforts Reeva saying small things like these happen in marriages all the time and they also give a few examples. Reeva thinks of the Mangalsutra breaking as a bad omen and says to Surekha about it. Surekha brings Reeva to God and makes her pray so that no more problems will come in the marriage.
Ishaan thinks of how to tell the truth to Reeva and his family that he married Savi and Savi is his wife. The doctor calls Ishaan.
The doctor says to Savi and Ishaan that Harini’s condition is stabilised but he doesn’t know when she will wake up. Ishaan asks the doctor if Harini will get better soon. The doctor says he can’t make any guarantee. The doctor asks them to bring a few medicines. Ishaan and Savi leave from there.
Yashwant calls Ishaan and asks him to come home right away. Ishaan says his car is broken and he brought it to a mechanic. Yashwant asks Ishaan to come and leave that car to the driver. Ishaan agrees.
Savi’s friends come to meet Savi and ask her about Harini’s condition. Savi’s friends see that Savi has Mangalsutra and she also has Sindhur in her Maang. Savi’s friends congratulate Savi as they think Savi got married. Savi’s friends ask Savi what is Ishaan doing here. Savi makes up a reason for it.
